- I think you mentioned USM, PS1 spidey, RE games and Ass creed. Ass creed 2 was sooooooooo easy i almost stop playing the game in frustration of that fact. Re games can be hard on professional but most people use infinite ammo on pro and that makes it stupidly easy, regardless of what gun you're using.
I also said I'm not a gaming expert like you are. Easy or not, they still hold high replay value to me

That's because your sentences are so poorly worded you make it sound like you're saying something else. That or you're stupid enough to think we know everything going on in your head when you type whatever shit you spout.

You're dumb enough to think like that, even when my thoughts are spread well you misread them A dumb shit like you keep calling me a retard? I compared the classic with just one level of 500 coming at me to the newer game with more often trouble having 500 trying to force feed me shit, you can't tell the difference? | It's not that bad. I only really got bothered by that stupid ass issue that one time. You don't have to worry about it being a constant problem considering the chances of that situation happening are low.
I got more annoyed when I got glitched into a wall during some part in a 2099 level and had to start over at a checkpoint way before that bit.

| Yeah. There was kind of another point where I got into a similar problem during the Juggernaut stage too. There was this whole fat area with a buttload of enemies that'll gang rape you if screw around too much, but if I recall correctly, there were a few health recovering Spider Emblems lying around, rendering the situation less risky.
Going back to that "two sand golems, low health" situation, it kinda bummed me out how I easily defeated them after a few retries. Makes you look like a total idiot during your previous attempts where it seemed like so much trouble.

I know what bit your talking about on the juggernaut bit but i just rescued the guys and ran the stupid enemy count in that area is beyond ridiculous i really saw no point in engaging them all in combat considering how many machine guns there were and how cheap those teleporting guys are as well as the shield guys. Ironically it was the captains who gave me the least trouble.

Actually I was referring to when Juggernaut was throwing stuff at you(until you get a little close to him and he buggers off) and then you have to take out a buttload of guys to progress the level. It's actually pretty easy when you think and take advantage of all those walls blocking some groups and such, but you could really get gang raped hard at that bit if you're not careful. I don't recall having much trouble in any other part in that level though.

Honestly the juggernaut level was the easiest one for me so far, (I've just finished 3rd noir stage, which actually might have been easier). Juggernaut seems to end up killing everyone in those bits where he throws stuff and the one your talking about, you can actually fight each enemy one at a time as long as you don't charge forward (yeah it was a cheap way to do taht bit, but that bit looked like it was gonna be more effort then i could be bothered with at the time). Are the dr octopus and carnage stages hard. Is the final level a boss fight or just a mish mash of enemies or something. I hope it has a decent end.

| Yeah, the Carnage level was a bit of a pain because a lot of the early segments where you're going across a huge battlefield clustered with men/robots fighting the symbiotes which took up one whole checkpoint. So if you were unfortunate enough to die, you'd have to trek over all that again. After that, the level was pretty easy IMO.
Doing that one part over and over again wouldn't have been so obnoxious if you didn't have to recollect Spider Emblems(if you were actually bothering to do so). When it came to the Lady Ock level, it wasn't so bad. It was just annoyingly long and boring. But yeah, most of my fuck ups were probably due to my lack of blocking(properly anyway) as I was also playing on Hard. Should have actually tried to defend myself better.

| that doc ock level is probably the worst in the game, I really enjoyed the juggernaut/deadpool/green goblin levels the most.
I weren't that big a fan of the 2099 spiderman overall. Which is disappointing as thats what edge of time will be based on for 50% of the game.
Noir spidey has the best VA in the game though.

| For me:
Noir>Amazing=Ultimate>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>2099
which is annoying as we'll be hearing more of that guy later.
I might play this more tomorrow so i'll se if thats what i finally think as i weren't paying taht much attn to the dialogue across all the levels
also the ending to this game is shit.

| Actually Barnes(Noir, '90s Spidey) will be replacing Gilvezan as 2099 Spidey in Edge of Time while Keaton(Ultimate, Spectacular Spidey) will be replacing NPH as Amazing Spidey. | |

Honestly that might be the best turnout for me. Are the 2099 stages going to have similar gameplay and is this game going to be zonal like this one? I gotta admit not swinging kinda bugs me as i saw my nephew playing S3 earlier.

| It'll probably be quite similar to SD. Considering Edge of Time's development is so short, it seems that they'll probably be reusing and building up on the gameplay elements they already made in the first game(otherwise it'd be a choppy, even more rushed project of assness if it was built from the ground up again).
Basically they're pulling a Spike on Spider-Man games.

| Which dimensions did you like most in SD?
Personally I though Noir was one of the best handled visually it was really interesting to look at I liked the saturation to show when you were in the dark. The purely stealth gameplay was slightly disappointing especially as i thought noir spidey had some of the best looking combos in the game.
Amazing to me seemed to be the blandest, the character models were decent and looked as I expected them to but visually nothing impressed me as much as it was pretty mucht the normal looking levels. The combos were also annoying i didn't like how boulders in the webbing was a basic attack. I mean sure spidey does this kinda thing but its not his freaking standard attack, it should've only been used in combo enders.
2099 was probably the best graphically, though the levels felt samey and the freefalling was kinda fun but i hated doing this in the mysterio section which i didn't find fun sure it only took me two tries but there not sections i enjoyed failing. Maybe if they just punished you by putting you at a disadvantage in the boss fight it could be more interesting.
Ultimate had decent visuals although it was one of the levels i considered weaker graphically but the cellshading was nice. Honestly i didn't really tink much differently between ultimate and amazing universe. Although I enjoyed using the tendrils in comboes and he was definitely fun to play as in rage mode.

Even though he wasn't a very spidey like characterin some respects, being a batman ripoff essentially. Something just felt right about spidey working like that and I really do hope they allow some stealth options in the next spidey game. Also i was impressed at the story they came up for him and the characters fighting him, honestly I thought as they were making shit up as they went along it might be a bit pants but they pulled it off well.
