| Is this game even getting any DLC besides the exclusive pre-order costumes? Anyway, the game's pretty late in its production now, at the most it may even be in post-production. The worst Activision can do now is probably say "Uh, we can't have these characters in this game, do something else for this part". | |

| I wouldn't doubt them adding DLC, they get good money out of it. | |

| I hope there will be. The first DLC I see coming will probably be the pre-order costume(the Cosmic one, the Iron one doesn't need to be on there since that code was just to unlock that suit right at the beginning, you can still get it after finishing the game) being put up on PSN a month or two later. Then maybe more suits? | |

| Oh, God. Someone just reminded me of comic that Black-Suit Spidey's world could be based on. Since this game is really centred on universes and not really what-ifs, it might be the old Peter Parker when he wore a black costume. I'll be pissed if it is, I hated that comic. | |

Yes, it was shown in like the first trailer when you see Spidey fighting Hammerhead and also in the Kraven fight.

| That's another possibility people have been discussing about. Although it'd be kind of odd since it's really just Amazing Spider-Man taken to another dimensions/universe/whatever than an alternate Spidey originating from there. | |

| I'm honestly hoping to see a Marvel Adventures universe.
Complete with Iron Man and the Hulk teaming with Spidey.

| The 4th Dimension is the last one so I doubt you'll get to see that. It'd be cool to see other comic series get their own games in the future though. Ultimate Spidey did. | |

| I want to see this series Adapted in some way god damn it, IT'S TOO AWESOME TO NOT BE!
You have Iron Man being a reasonable human being, Spidey being funny and Hulk punching things left and right, HOW HAS THIS NOT BEEN ADAPTED YET?

| Although......Now that I think about it, using the black suit would be a great excuse to allow MA or Ultimate to take part in this game as its last dimension. The whole point of the seperate unique universes is to differentiate the characters you play. Because of that, REGULAR suit versions of those two series wouldn't work...BUT focusing on them during the time when they were using the black-suit, you could use them nicely. So it may be possible for one of those two to get the last spot.
But my money's on either Reign being used or a some what-if Symbiote infested universe(considering that last part of the e3 trailer showing what looks to be a symbiote).

| Or maybe the last universe contains Venom as a surprise and they just decided to psych everyone out... nah, Activision's not that clever with marketing. | |

| 80s Spider-Man comics are the best, especially "Roger Stern" run on "Spectacular Spider-Man" & "Tom Defalco" on "Amazing Spider-Man"
I might not be getting this game since it won't be released on PC, I can't have it on the PS3 cause I like to play games cozy, not with being annoyed by my family wanting to interrupt and watch TV when they feel like it. Aside from that, I lost "Soul Calibur 4" "Blue Ray", if I had it on PC I could play it without placing the disc in after installing the game, just find a no DVD patch and play all you want, you won't fear the disc overheating
One problem with Activision and PC gaming though, they don't port games right, the game will be great if they did like Capcom with "Resident Evil 5" requirements, those are compatible with my PC

| No, that's not a good thing Buu. - Quote :
- A version of the character appears in Ultimate Spider-Man. Depicted as an anti-mutant extremist, he is a cyborg and leader of the Reavers who hunt mutants for sport on a reality TV show. Ultimate Deadpool's face has no skin and the top portion of his skull removed to reveal his brain. The human shape is achieved by wearing a plastic mask. In addition to being a cyborg he also has the ability to mimic an individual's appearance and voice, though not their powers. His real name is Sergeant "Wadey" Wilson, and a Gulf War veteran.

OMG, what the fuck did they do to like the most awesome character ever? I have barely looked at ultimate spidey but that sounds like a horrible take on deadpool. Is he even funny any more?

| Only in the Ultimate Spider-Man Universe is he like that. In every other one (Except the movies) he's always being funny. | |

Ultimate Spidey has actually quite a good amount of differences. Green Goblin is a Hulk that can throw fireballs, Deadpool is a racist, Doc Ock is basically Magneto, Kraven is the Crocodile Hunter, the Scorpion is a clone of Peter, Rhino is a genius midget in a metal suit, god knows what Mysterio is and Eddie Brock was Peter Parker's childhood friend. The main difference is the villain's.
