Before or after the goblin? Octavius was mentioned as one of the staff members, so that means before the Goblin crap

Spider enters the bag of Prowler who steals money from Oscorp, Prowler is Miles uncle, the spider bites the kid's hand in the apartment of Prowler

I thought it was a very nice introduction.

Not as good as Ultimates #1 and Ultimate X-Men #1 though.
