Grab a DS and get Sonic Classic Collection. It has 1, 2, 3, S&K, S2&K, & S3&K.

I'm waiting for the 3DS.

For the record, I got my 80gb fat PS3 for about $350 AUD.

Those are all calculated from the Japanese price aren't they? They always have to pay more than we do. New console games are the equivalent of $75 over there.

this guy's video says alot about Sonic 4. But I still had to get the demo for myself to see, And yep...Awkward as hell.

I think I'll just keep it as a demo for novelty purposes.

I might get the inevitable bundle pack when its out, and the blade kitten one to i know they'll be budget price at some point.

Blade Kitten doesn't really have the recognition that Sonic has though. It's from some small Australian developer and based on a comic series that I doubt is that popular. Whether it even gets an episode 2 or a complete story is probably up in the air, and they're probably relying quite heavily on the reception of episode 1. I assume that's why the price dropped so quickly, which almost never happens for PSN titles.

Capcom can churn out any old shit with Sonic written on it and be certain to make a profit.

Anyway Afterburner also developed by sega had a price drop shortly after it was released blade kittens wasn't a permenant price drop so it happens.

Eh, was it i thought it was on special offer. I didn't read it in the blog i just saw it on either new releases or special offers. (Actually just checked your right). Either way its still reasonably priced.

I absolutely have no idea why you said capcom unless they had something to do with blade kitten though that would render most of what you said pointless.

How the hell can anyone not know that Sega made Sonic?

I find it neat they had Dimps(DBZ Budokai series, DBAA, SF4/SSF4, etc.) come and develop Sonic 4 though. They were the ones who worked on those awesome Unleashed day levels too.

I must have thought Sega were the publishers or something, I dunno.

They totally should ditch him, but it seems that sonic fans will buy anything so i don't see that happening anytime soon.

I think its a shame characters like ristar never got more of a try out, i mean thinking back to the genesis/mega drive there were loads of awesome characters who never saw the light of day again.

Off the top of my head dynamite headdy and Rocket knight are characters i'd love to see back. Even those Knights guys from the saturn.

I think a new IP from sega is super unlikely but would be great if they did do it.

Ristar could have been a sega mascot. Game was that good.
