Group B is actually the group of death, Australia shouldn't even bother flying out tbh.

I assume you're talking about World cup 2054 the next time Belgium will manage to make it to the knockout phase.

| last time we were at a World Cup we got to the second round too and then we played Brazil. and even though we lost, that was actually a pretty good game we played. but yeah, i think that was in 2002 . But as Skip said, we do actually have a pretty good team now, probably one of the best we've ever had. | |

| I doubt we're gonna do well, but just having Costa Rica in our group gives us a chance to earn points. Italy are naturally defensive so hoping for a draw is possible. The Uruguay match is what wil decide if we go to the next round.
Honestly though that said teams choke hardcore in the world cup, so who knows luck might be on our side or not at all and we could lose to Costa Rica. Loads of dumb shit happens in the world cup.

| England won't beat Uruguay, I think it's the match with Italy that will decide who takes second place in the group, and on paper that would be Italy. But it does depend on the day. | |

I think we'd hold up better defensively against Italy. Â But I also don't see us scoring against them. Â Uruguay on the other hand I see outscoring us, but at least England should be able to score against them to. Â So i'm just going by the fact we need to win a game and who we are more likely to get a goal against. Honestly I don't realistically see us beating either. A win and two draws can see us qualify assuming italy or Uruguay beats the other.

| I think you're underestimating Italy's offence, they have some real quality up front. Having said that their last four games have ended as draws so who honestly knows how things will go. | |

| man, I'm getting excited for this, especially (and I really don't mean to be arrogant as i've said it before) because we have such a great team this time around, it's absolutely marvelous to see them play at this moment.
Expectations are really high though, and i fear that might be a negative influence on the team, everyone wants to see them finally do good, but I'm afraid it might be their downfall in the end.
The draw is not the best either, well, we got a pretty good group which we can easily win, but in the second round it's either against Germany or Portugal, which I think is going to be tough, we can take Portugal but if it's Germany, I doubt we'll win.
If we do get to the third round, it's almost certainly going to be against Argentina and then we're really done for..
But you never know what happens at these things, I'm really curious what it's all going to bring.

| That was a horrible game. Brazil abused the fuck out of their home bias. It was a losing battle for Croatia from the start. | |
