What movie(s) do you hate that everyone else loves?

I'd have to say my hated-but-loved-by-many film is E.T. That film to me was horrible and boring. That Elliott kid annoyed the fuck out of me with his retarded acting too and every scene took forever till something happened.

Well of course it doesn't change your mind, we all know how shit those films are. I'm just saying that something like that, as predictable to be said as it would be, actually doesn't really count though considering everyone =/= tween-to-shallow older girls.

Both the Transformer movies, Twilight, Hancock, Spiderman 3, PoC - At World's End, 300, Beowulf, and some others I forget.

At the worlds end was a godawful film i almost walked out of it

I was under the impression that the PotC series had a large fan base.

The first transformers movie overall had a ver y good reception and i think it made a lot of money to

I can't stand the Lord of the Ring films.

I hate those with a passion, the most boring shit anyone could watch. I'm basing this all on the first film though, I never bothered watching the rest of them.

Same for the Harry Potter series. Too long, too many sequels, it's retarded.

I agree with the LotR hate, I never understood the appeal of those films because it was basically guys spending a good chunk of the movie walking through open plains.
