Mr. Satan’s attack names are altered in the dub. Super Ultra Mega Miracle Megaton Punch is changed to just Megaton Punch.

This episode had one of those moments where someone is talking off-screen (Gohan in this case) and suddenly the screen goes to show their face with closed mouth before they finish talking, which shows what a sloppy job FUNi did.

Gohan: Whenever you’re ready, big guy!!

I just had a flashback of a certain line said by a certain overly feminine person...

The discussion about what a wizard is, is actually about what a Majin is in the original. Of course the basic stuff is still kept with the kids not knowing what the hell they’re going after.

Dabura: I’m here to please you, my master.

DBZ episode 228

The whole stuff about Supreme Kai telling Vegeta to be innocent, to be good and to be pure-hearted is dub bullcrap. In the original he only tells him to clear his mind.

DBZ episode 229

Japanese title: “The Super-confrontation of Destiny!! The Clash of Goku vs. Vegeta”
English title: “Vegeta’s Pride”

Goku: Vegeta! Did you let yourself be a slave?
Vegeta: Tell me, is it slavery when you get what you want?

This is one of those dublines that are really good. Too bad there was no dialogue at all in the original and when Vegeta speaks his famous line it is again pretty clear that he is not moving his mouth.

Overall this episode had excellent dialogue. The only thing annoying was where Goku told Gohan to make his pain and sorrow his power, while in the original he just tells him that when angered no-one, absolutely no-one, will be able to stop Gohan. Dialogue like that makes it pretty clear why there's so many Linkin Park DBZ videos.

In Vegeta’s flashback there is no dialogue in the original. Of course, rule number one of the dub is that silence is forbidden. So Vegeta monologues for 2 minutes straight about how angered, hurt and humiliated he is.

At some point Goku charges up a Kamehameha and Vegeta counters by charging up a regular attack. In the dub however, Vegeta shouts out Gallic Gun.

Dub Vegeta’s Final Flash.

The part where Vegeta talks about why he wanted to become a Majin is handled perfectly in the dub. And it is only amplified because Ginga Giri Giri is playing in the background, the best BGM in the whole series.
