| This movie was great! It really got to the essentials of Wolverine's character and let him loose in all his glory. Imagine the school scene from X2, but then for half a movie. It also had a solid supporting cast, with Yukio being the standout. I hope she shows up in a future X-Men movie, because she was amazing. This is what that turd Origins should've been.
Post-credit scene was exciting too.

| It was good, but felt at least fifteen minutes too long and the villainous viper character was pretty two dimensional. Great post credit scene though, and it seems like. .. - Spoiler:
the bone claws are back for the foreseeable future.

| @Simian - Spoiler:
Did they just do that so they could stop doing the 'Magneto Shits on Wolverine' thing or is there some other reason?

| It was a good flick. i am amped for days of future past. i noticed a few plot holes in this movie when i watched it though so that was disapointing. i found they could.have made that last action scene better too. all in all it was a good movie id give it 7/10 | |

| Fair enough. They're minor niggles rather than completely destroying the film, but yes, they're a bit of an oversight. | |

| There were a few of them that i noticed. they werent movie breaker or nothing so don't sweat it. but here's the ones i seen - Spoiler:
So when the nuke was about to be dropped on nagasaki, wolves said something like oh that's a b whatever number bomber... you don't wanna be here when it drops its bomb. ... how would he know? this was the first ever nuke usedbesides testing.
another one is when he got his power stolen he never had a cut or a scab or nothing over his knuckles.. despite the fact meal claws were ripping his flesh a few times a day.
another on is the silver samurai was stated to use two hands on his sword in order to make it glow red hot to cut wolves claws... but then wolves is blocking one of the ss's swords he pulled out another one with its other hand and made it glow red hot
those are just what I've noticed there may be more I'm not sure. But they won't break the movie... i still enjoyed it for

| Oh good, that clears a lot of things up, because I thought it was set in Ancient Egypt.
I meant when is it set within the film series?

Yeah, I was waiting for this. I'm sure I saw it in one of the trailers, where he was bleeding from the claws coming out. But this was good. A lot better than Origins that's for sure. The end didn't really pull everything together that well, but it was still entertaining. I'm a bit puzzled about what events from X3 are still real, because everyone seems to have forgotten about the whole mutant cure thing. If Logan wanted to be mortal he had a way. - Spoiler:
Although considering Magneto has his powers back I guess the cure didn't work.

yeah, the cure is probably only temporary or something...
I mean, I was talking about it with a friend and we were talking 'bout Days Of Future Past..and I was wondering: hmm, Mystique isn't going to be in it in the present day of the movie as she has lost her powers in X3, so what're they going to do with that? just not have her there?
and then my friend said: well, Magneto lost his powers, but he has them back too, so maybe the cure was temporary and she'll still be in it.

| Yeah but it's still a bit odd. Sucks for Rogue though. Her powers are just going to com back one day and she'll probably kill someone. | |
