Pretty good film.

EXCEPT FOR WHAT THEY DID TO DEADPOOL!

But Ryan Reynolds did wise-crack a lot at the beginning of the movie so he does know the character.

Well there was an actual reason for that.

THERE WAS NO REASON FOR DEADPOOL AND WEAPON XI BEING THE SAME THING.

Meh, atleast the after credis thing is a big hint for a Deadpool spin-off.

THAT SPIN-OFF HAD BETTER FUCKING HAPPEN.

A real Deadpool movie would suck.

There are two different end credit scenes. Each theater only gets one though apparently.

Yeah. There are two ending credits scenes.

One with Wolverine drinking.

And the other with Weapon XI (Deadpool) sheathing his katana back into his arm and the severed head looking at the screen, winking, and going "Shhhhh."

That's the one I got.

My only gripe, much like Mew's, was how did Stryker know that shooting Logan in the head with those bullets would make him lose his memories? That bit just seemed a little silly.

Damage to the brain can do a lot of things.

That's just it though, the bullets wouldn't get as far as his brain; his skull's adamantium too, remember? Even adamantium bullets wouldn't penetrate it. Given that Wolverine was subject to far worse than that during the course of the film, it just felt like they'd written themselves into a hole.

Maybe they have some sort of convoluted concept that the impact of adamantium on adamantium would rattle the insides of his head enough to cause brain damage and memory loss... or something stupid like that.

It just felt a little flimsy, like they ran out of time and thought 'oh shit, we need to make Logan lose his memory. Oh what the hell, that'll do.'

It would, but it wouldn't cause memory-loss

Adamantium is supposedly unbreakable. That'd mean inpenetrable too.
