as long as it's for polishing the game, I don't mind. it'll come out better normally.

I'm hoping it means they're putting in a lot of bonus content.

Certainly looks like they've Uncharted-ed it up a lot. But it's Crystal Dynamics and they've made a loyal fan out of me so I'm buying it no matter what. March 5 release date, just after my birthday, so no excuse not to buy it really.

I won't ever even git it a chance, just like the Assassin's Creed multiplayer. Don't care about it.

i wish i was stuck on an island with lara

alright, i got this today. i preordered it, so it came with a lot of bonus content, some costumes, a combat pack and a special segment for extra exploration.


anyways, only just started, but it's pretty fun so far. it has some rpg elements to it, where you get EXP and skill points to upgrade things. kinda like Far Cry 3 really, you can upgrade in survival or combat for example.

gameplay is neat too, there's hunting, nice puzzles, it's very Uncharted like in some areas like it uses set pieces to make it more action-like or something. I'm really digging it. although it's linear, it does have an open world feel to it, it's not as narrow as Uncharted for example.

but I'm just scratching the surface of the game, I'm sure I'll have a lot more to say when i finished it.

This game is great. Lara is awesome.

are the costumes hot?

not particularly


one is Lara covered in mud, some aviation costume called "aviatrix", and the last one is a guerilla suit.

i think the default is probably the best one, but the aviatrix one is kind of cool too.

i would gkve lara a sponge bath if i saw her covered in mud

My Mrs ordered the collectors edition, though I've not yet had a flick through to see what it comes with.
