Holy shit, the PS3 has every main RE of the series? Well shit, looks like I am getting RE4 HD after all, dunno if I want to sell my copy of RE5 GE or not though considering it must eat a shitload f memory as a download.
First of all, I have a theory that Leon might have some areas in his campaign that are more 'hub' like and explorable. There's some things that when decompiled seem to point to the game having triggers for certain things to happen after an event/over time/after so many visits. The one that excited me the most is that apparently zombies can turn into Crimson Heads.
Other Game Modes: Mercenaries (already confirmed so no spoiler) Slayers seems to be back. There's a new mode titled 'No Hope', but it also might be called 'Last Stand'. They seem to use shared assets and sound similar but are differently named. There's another new game mode titled 'Siege'. There's a new mode named 'Ustanak', like the monster but it might also be called 'Agent Predator' as they share the same assets. Maybe one player plays as Ustanak and hunts other players?
Weapons Types: These are labelled as the categories weapons can go under. Hand gun Shot Gun Sniper Rifle Assault Rifle Machine Gun Magnum Grenade Rocket Bomb Blade Blunt Gatling Gun Knife Fire Unarmed (like Jake's Fist-To-Fist?) Bowgun
Unlimited ammo also seems to be unlockable again.
CAMPAIGN SPOILER: Ada seems to have a campaign confirmed. She also apparently has her grappling hook in the game. Either as a clever ploy by Capcom or something else, Ada's partner is named 'HELPER' in the files. However, there are resources for Carla, who is believed to be Ada's clone from what appears to be a legit leak.
Vehicles: Apparently in the game, we'll pilot: A Jeep A Snowmobile A Harrier
Not that big of a spoiler: Seems there's a section of the game that involves lasers.
Some locations include A submarine, a train, a plane, and Simmon's base.
Still digging.

THIS IS GOING TO MAKE A LOT OF PEOPLE HAPPY. Apparently in the demo a lot of the game's options are turned off, here's all the options that are in the demos files that will be in the full game
While this is still a demo, I did find some options they didn't include in the demo which apparently are options in the full game. These are things like: -Controller Vibration -Aim Move Type (apparently changes something about how you aim when you move) -Attack Button -Aim Display Type (APPARENTLY this changes the distance and where the camera is positioned when you aim) -Switch Type (?) -Language -Screen Position -Friendly Fire -Join Type -Data Upload (guess how it uploads data to leaderboards and such?) -Infinite Ammo -User Title -User Emblem -User Plate -Unlock Flag (?) -Skill Points -Skill Set (apparently they can have four pre-set Skill Sets)

Passed through a lot of commands for context-sensitive melee attacks, another vehicle's data popped up (and this was also in the trailer so it makes sense) but there are four vehicles right now as there was also data for a Bike. Other random things like somewhere in the game you can take Ice damage, and somewhere Piers fires a canon. Random stuff like that.
However, the most interesting stuff are not 100% certain as how weirdly everything is organized and such. I'll mark it with spoilers when they apply.
First, there was data for the Join Game menu when you try to join someone's game. If I read into the data correctly (which I think I did), the join game menu shows you what stage they're playing, and according to the game, there are a total of 28 stages. Not sure how long a stage is though. I do know, for example, none of what we played today was an actual stage, but a 'scene'. The game apparently splits things up 'Stage - Chapter - Scene'. I don't know the difference between stage and chapter (maybe like how in RE4 and RE5 there's a 3-1, 3-2, etc, so one is a stage and one is chapters?), but there are 28 stages.
This part I REALLY hope I'm misunderstanding. This could possibly be a major spoiler, just warning you. There was something about a choice labelled under 'last' where you choose to shoot either Sherry or Jake. I don't know what the context is, but it was there randomly and this only exists for Sherry and Jake. It has 'last' in the title, and might hint that towards the very end of the game you'll need to make a choice to either shoot Jake or Sherry as someone. That actually saddens me a little if it's actually some big story point, I like both of them. It could mean something else though, like maybe a different scene depending if Jake or Sherry get the last shot on something?
Finally for now, I think I found some more enemy data. Some of these are definitely enemies, but the enemy data was mixed with other data so I'm not 100% sure which of these are enemies and which of these are terms for other things, but these are the ones that looked like enemies (at the start of the file name, usually had attacks and AI stuff under them, etc).
Seems I have stumbled upon some end bosses. It sounds from the likes of things these are the final bosses for the three campaigns, so be warned, MAJOR SPOILERS.
Something about a 'Chaser'. Would that be Ustanak? Sounds likely as it makes particular mention of its arm attacks. I don't think anyone would be surprised that thing is one of the final bosses.
Something about a monster named Raskla. No idea what that is to be honest.
Well there's an obvious boss if I ever saw it, Simmons. That one guy who Helena acuses of causing this in the E3 trailer. Seriously, he's such an obvious bad guy it's ridiculous. Seems to having flying parts? A lance? Okay.... And a tail. Oh you Simmons~ Sounding like he mutates or something.
And here I thought we were done with the scene stuff, but it seems we're right back into it again. More scene/events/object/objective spoilers:
Something about a cliff hang event. Seems you have to climb a cliff at some point. Some other scene involving a chandelier. Another scene about a Cartridge and something that throws rotting bodies? Well okay then. Oh, here's a major spoiler. A scene about Carla's base. This is a major spoiler, but Carla is supposed to be a clone of Ada. Apparently she has a base now. Something about a camera door... A weird mention of a Blue Coin. Guessing those are the Blue Medallions. Something about a billboard. Oh! Here's the stage that takes place on the plane! They call it an aircraft though. The stage seems to change it's slant a lot, and requires a lot of programming to make that work well as lots of programming about the axis. No seriously, this is freaking long. They seemed to have put in a LOT of work into this stage on the plane.
I think I found some very small details about the other multiplayer modes.
Siege seems to be multiplayer mode where you can take advantage of vehicles and other stuff used in the campaign. One of the things mentioned is a Submarine, which might be a stage? I don't know.
Agent Predator, which is a multiplayer mode featuring Ustanak (one player controls him, maybe?) seems to be an eight-player mode.
Here's Slayers, but for some reason it's titled... 'Avalanche Slayers'. Okay? Not much here other than listings of the basic multiplayer stuff, like join game, host game, leaderboards, etc.

Just went a bit further and got back to more information about the content of the game. Was just on the act that was obviously Chris's flash back scene when all of his men died. Apparently has a jeep section in it, then takes to the streets, then leads to an Open Market, which then leads to the event titled 'Crew_Explodes'. Real subtle. Also, Ada scene.. Also got a bit on a boss. You seem to fight a boss, titled aptly 'boss', at a Bamboo Scaffold. I have a weird feeling It's that giant snake enemy we saw in the E3 trailer.
Two more quick things, with potential spoilers (though you could also conduct this by all the trailers so far), seems Simmons has an intel base which is a location in the game. Also it seems there's a thing called a 'Spore Base'. Who wants to bet the spores are what's causing the gas turning people into zombies? The Spore Base seems to have these enemies nicknamed 'Tumor'. Attractive.
And now time for MAJOR SPOILERS, I think I just found the scene for Chris's campaign final boss. It has the name of various attacks, listed by an enemy nicknamed 'Final', and Chris and Piers are mentioned so it's kind of obvious... I don't know what the boss is but it sounds to be related directly to the J'Avos since it apparently can give birth to those 'Born' enemies, the Sanagi. Some of it's attacks include punching, this thing called Nail Burst (seems it can also do a nail punch), it can charge up the Sanagi around it, has some drain attack, and heart attack(?).
And I found another boss (wow these bosses are scrunched together). It uses a Japanese word that sort of gives me a big clue in on what it is. Again, major spoilers even if this is a guess. The boss fight, labelled boss, mentions a lot about player actions and is labelled 'Kakutou', which is a Japanese word for wrestle, or fist fight. I'm betting this is a Leon vs Chris boss fight.
And now I found the perimeter's for one of the game's multiplayer modes Slayers. At least I believe it's Slayers, it's listed as Versus Mode. Talks about things like blocking, tackling other players, something called the Boisterous Dance, mentions Jake and Sherrt, including Sherry's Constrict (?), mentions the Chaser is in it (betting the 'Chaser' is the nickname for Ustanak), a hold throw, and more. Reading more, it seems in Versus (Slayers) mode you can pick up health items, and frames for shields I assume. Also it seems the Boisterous Dance is done to recover some health if done successfully, but if it fails you're a sitting duck to be pummeled. Also seems to have combo rewards, and something about magma.
And another boss. Less is known about this one, but it seems like it uses a lot of bite attacks, it has two phases (transforms once), and must be in a city and pretty big since it can stomp and pick up and throw Taxis.
ANNNDD I think I found Jake's final boss scene too. Again, MAJOR SPOILERS This has to be Simmons. Earlier I mentioned there was a boss battle for Simmons and he had a lance and tail and all that? This boss apparently is a final boss for Jake and throws lances which Jake has to counter, has three forms, and apparently the final part has Jake doing some mad running dash to deliver the final blow.

This is a BIG surprise spoiler for zombies, so only read if you want the surprise ruined. Earlier I was saying how there was a Crimson Head like process, but mistook it for another term. However, looking now, I'm in a scene dedicated to zombie behavior. It has a lot of the normal stuff; grabbing, biting, tossing items, spitting acid, etc... But Then there's one that's called 'Zombie Sleep', and then one called 'Zombie Change', and then... I'll just copy and paste the exact file name.

Multiplayer modes (this is spoiler-free)
Mercenaries: Sure you all know what this mode is. It seems it can be up to 6-player co-op in this game, though.
Slayers: this is a versus mode that was first seen in Resident Evil 5. In this game they added a lot of rules. Players can modify their stages to even the playing ground, and have ways to block or dodge other player attacks. More so, players can pick up health items as well around the arena, or frame which act as 'armor'. Players also can try and perform what is known as a Boisterous Dance, which allows them to heal some health. However, it cannot be cancelled once it is started and you only get health back when it is completed. You're a sitting duck and if another player attacks you, that is considered a 'failed' dance.
Last Stand: Not much is known about the mode in details, but it sounds like a survival-based mode.
Siege: This mode doesn't have much concrete info, but there was data in the demo about gameplay instructions that seems like it may have listed what this mode is about. If the instructions were part of this mode like believed, Siege Mode is a mode where two teams fight control of different 'control points' which they have to stand in to claim. However, various events happen during the game, including enemy rushes, a 'circle of death' appearing and going around the stage, anyone inside it resulting in death, a temporary effect where people in the control point can't shoot their guns, and more. Seems there's several of these points, and this mode might also include the use of vehicles possibly.
And finally...
Agent Predator: This mode is confirmed to be 8-players and seems to maybe feature one player playing as Ustanak, the giant monster that chases Jake in his game. Not much else is known outside of that.

it's $250 in Australia, 90-150 euros i think in Europe, and $350 in New Zealand

The Resident Evil 6 Collector's Edition is making its way to Europe and Australia, dragging the following juicy leftovers with it,: a zombie steel book; an exclusive hardback art book; an Ivy University, Tall Oaks hoodie; zinc alloy emblems of the three main protagonists' squad signs, framed, mounted and signed by senior producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi and director Eiichiro Sasaki; an avatar download code for Xbox 360 players or a dynamic theme for PS3.
All of this is thrown in the "Needle Bomb" collectors box, along with the game itself, of course
