You don know how expensive that is to use don't you? Unless people have a serious amount of money they can only use that booster very often. It can't bee as rampant as you make it sound. I'm not a fan of the whole one match booster thing but since the prices are so absurd it makes it a little better. Unless they scaled it down from the beta in which case thats stupid.
Wow they must have really increased what you get for kills and medals since the beta. I had probably around a 3.0 k/d and won about 80-85% of the games I played and I was averaging like 5-8 k at the end of every match.

I don't think so, I just get a heap of medals every time for doing the most stupid things... somehow i get medals just for using cover, or randomly when i'm climbing stuff I'd get a "think vertical" medal..
besides, there's several medals that are worth 500$ and I seem to get those a lot, without actually playing very good.. might be just pure luck..

that's not all that much really.. even if I play sucky games, it takes at most 3 matches..
EDIT: there seem to be some issues with it though, I just tried to use it, but it didn't show up..
If you can only use it every third game, at the cost of never buying anything else ever, it sounds like it won't be an issue.

I know I'll never buy them. I bought the one that gave your bullets more stopping power during the Beta and it was a complete waste of money.

Eh, whatever. I'll only ever play the multiplayer stuff with you guys anyway. If they announced tomorrow they were cutting multiplayer out of the game I wouldn't really care.

you see, the problem is, I'm level 20 now, and I'm sitting on about 80,000$ here, because nothing has unlocked that I wanna buy in the last couple of levels... I could play 3 games with radar now and make enough money to play a 4th in a row...
unless people are stupid and just buy everything they can that unlocks as they level up, there's gonna be more people like that..

Even with a backlog of cash from 1-20 you'll still only be able to sustain a radar every game for a handful of matches, it's definitely not an infinite thing.

well, I never said it was infinite, I'm just saying it can be used more often then people think.

Sure, excluding a brief period after level 20 when people might have a backlog of cash they'll be able to use it every third game as long as they never buy anything else for the rest of their playing career.
I get what you're saying but it's just not as big of a deal as you're making it out to be, that's all.

Besides there are probably different perks that combat it in some way / are just as useful but in a different way.

well, ok then..
anyways, is it normal that I get a "capture" medal in Plunder, even if I didn't capture the idol? cause I get one every time someone caps the idol on my team..

Yes it was like that in the second one too. It's to emphasize the team aspect so you don't have a bunch of guys fighting each other trying to get the capture. I very rarely capture treasure. I gotta protect the retards that go and pick it up and insist on walking across the map with it.

Yeah, that's the way it was in Uncharted 2 as well. It's a double edged sword seeing as people can't be selfish about who caps it but it also means they can do their own thing and still get the points.

People could buy the rasar or they could buy the perks that unlock at higher levels i'd personally save the cash.

If you have the treasure bearer booster thats fine but picking it up and quick throwing it is not only faster, if they kill you the idol is that much closer to your base.

He means the technique of not even carrying it, just running to it, throwing it, running to it, throwing it again, so on and so forth.
Which was a much faster way of moving from A to B with the treasure without the booster, and it allowed you to use your primary weapon to fight off the other team. However the pistol did the trick, so I just made a habit of using treasure bearer and soloing that shit.

that's what I said, except I carry it for a few seconds if no one is around.. it's just as fast.
