got fallout new vegas

Ringo (I think that's the dude who gives you the first deck) is the easiest to play against. Start out on him. My tip for a deck? Load up on Jacks and Kings if you can, queens aren't as great as you think the yare cuz the AI isn't that great in every NPC I played. Don't even mess around with Jokers. I kept two in my deck incase of emergency but just try and sell 2/3 caravans as quick as possible and you'll usually win.

Deathclaws play caravan ok now i'm playing this game.

i just went through their main nest on very hard. shotgun rules until i ran out os ammo and was forced to use my shovel on the legendary deathclaw

I think i prefer 3 i feel like i'm trekking around and i haven't even got a home yet. Also taking me forever to get to Novac as there's so many petty little people on the way who seem to forget i helped them out.

I'm still trying to find a way to save edwards.

there is a number of places you can use as a home

this had to be the most awesome kill i ever got. i shot an enemy with my shotgun and he flew straight up into the air and as he came back down i blasted his face and watched him do a back flip as he died

i just got killed by a group of 6 deathclaws and had no idea they were following until itwas too late. they got there revenge

Novac hotel room was the first 'home', can i store stuff there?

Which other homes are there in the game? I want a freaking house.

you can store stuff in a lot of places including novac. you could of used the gas station back in good springs

Later in the game you'll get access to various personal bunkers and a New Vegas apartment depending on your faction rep.

i never got any of the bunkers......

i like lucky 38 the most anyway

to give a breakdown, i've been playing for 30+ hours and found 50 locations, I only recently got to Novac which was my first room. That literally was the first bed i found which i could get a well rested bonus from.

I can't help but think this is poor game design.

@BD unless its your room these games have been notorious for glitching items and important stuff going missing.

except in the 100 plus hours i've played that has never happened to me. if you really want a house that badly make a b-line to new vegas

It doesn't make sense to store stuff everywhere I wouldn't be suprised if this plays a huge part in all the glitches, that said even with a starting strength of 1 the whole game i've not had a trouble of being over encumbered. This game just seems really easy compared to F3.

I will make a B-line to new vegas when i play on hardcore, I didn't realise that more then a third of the game consisted of places you couldn't get a house in its really stupid. Even being idolized by goodsprings didn't net me a house.

I think there are some safe containers in the Doctor guy's house, there's probably a list on the fallout wiki.

This game plays a bit too much like a traditional RPG and i'm not a fan of it.

Well your hardly one to be commenting on if items go missing then are you. You're also using only 2 locations out of the 100+ on the map.

what i don't understand is why you need a house if you don't have a problem with storage

also i gave told you a good place to store stuff that you can get to within 10 minutes of the game then you go on about glitches.
