- Alex, Forest, P. Jack and Tiger are mostly clones. Very few differences from their counterparts.
- Tiger is the only character without an ending. Also, he can't be customized.
- Michelle is similar to T6 Julia with some extra stuff. In other words, she's really good.

Kuni's moveset is impressive. I'd like to play her, but I dislike her design. To sum up her vid, she has:
- great punishment (i9 knee that wallsplats, jab punisher of over 30 damage, strong i12 punisher and i15 hopkick) - great FC mix-up game (sweep combo which does about 50 damage and hopkick) - long-range homing CH launcher and long-range safe mid CH launcher - mid homing move with good range that wall-splats - her combo off her hopkick did 50% damage and carried across the stage without even using a Tag Assault (holy shit) - good pokes and lots of shenanigans
Unless her moves are very unsafe, she'll be awesome.

6 unannounced characters were found locked in the disc:
Spoiler:
Unknown Dr. B Miharu Hirano (Xiao's friend) Violet Slim Bob Sebastian (Lili's butler)
Speaking of Steve, it looks like Leo and his endings retconned his story a bit. Apparently Leo's mother created him under Hrihachi's orders for the devil gene research and the Zaibatsu carried their experiments on him as a kid. Kinda like Shin Kamiya of T: Blood Vengeance movie.
I got my game today. I'm also making a new psn account, which I'll be using strictly for this game, because the block list of my current account is full. If you want to play me, tell me to add you.
I don't think I'll have time to play it before Friday though. I'll probably unlock a few endings and test some tag combos.
Ok, first of all, the graphics are really good. Secondly, you earn a lot of money in this game easily. Thirdly, TEN customisation slots for every character. Loading times are good. Offline rank doesn't stop to 1st Dan. By ranking up you unlock weapons, rage, aura and effect colours, different led backgrounds for your character's intro and more.
Tag mechanic felt pretty awkward at first, but I'm getting used to it. I think Steve is a pretty good partner for Lars, but I can't find any useful tag assaults for Lars during Steve's combos.
Also, the d/f1, d/b2... ender for Lars' combos feels much easier. His new B! move (d/b2~f, SE d/f1) is nice too.
Oh, and these are Lars's changes (the ones I noticed):
- the new B! move I mentioned above - d2 B!s - u/f4 doesn't B! - f4121 string, great for TA! at the wall - b23, safe mid, high string that W!s - d/b4, less advantage on hit - f1+2, higher damage, more punishable (-14) - DE1+2, launches on ch - 12 and d/b21, less tracking
Lars' tag launchers: u/f4, f1+2, ws1, ff2, -SE3 Se3 is great for switching partners fast after a combo.
Steve has been nerfed hard. He's still decent though.

How's the customisation? I heard that the majority of items are shared between all the characters, and that the unique ones had to be unlocked by ranking up.
My characters are 1st Dan and I haven't unlocked any clothes yet. Just the kind of stuff I mentioned before (weapon items, rage colours, auras, hit effect colours, backgrounds for the intros and character art for their picture in character selection screen).
It's true that clothes and items are somewhat generic, but you can freely change their colours, so you can make your unique creations.
