Tekken tag should be on PSN

i find it baffling how this isn't on PSN
i would buy it as soon as it appeared

It's a PS2 title.

Tekken 5 and marvel vs capcom 2 both were (well technically speaking it was a psp version)

either way they could just do an arcade version port

I think the next Tekken game is going to be Tag 2 anyway.
Ugh, I don't want to learn how to play with another character.

although i don't think i like the walled arenas

I like the walls. Especially with Leo. Not sure if would be as practical in a tag game though.

walls are great for helping you get a perfect
but they pretty much always means you can just royally fuck someone up in seconds

one of the things i liked about the original tekkens was that you never got cornered

It's pretty hard to get cornered. You just have to be cautious when your back is to the to the wall. Or just don't let yourself get in to that position in the first place. Leo has a throw that wall splats from that position though, which comes in handy.

Bruce's stupidly easy and powerful juggles will always carry you to the wall. Same goes for other characters too as juggles have become too long thanks to the bounds and guessing wrong while getting up from a wall can cost you the match.

but i completely agree with this
tekken 4s engine i was more comfortable even with the fucked up arenas (although i weren't a big fan of the game)
but genreally i just dislike the walls and bouncy characters now
i guess if they had one or the other i'd have been a bigger fan

Of course you can get carried to a wall, but that doesn't mean you're cornered. There's always a way round it. I've never felt trapped or cheated by walls.
