I just played the first episode of this and I really like it. Do my choices really matter? By that I mean is it worth multiple playthroughs to see how things change depending on who I save etc?

well, there are some things you can't really do anything about... but yeah, people react differently to you depending on the choices you make..

and near the end of episode 4, something happens and that's when your companions choose as to whether or not they go with you to solve it or not.. and your choices will matter as to who will go with you.



but yeah, it has some general outlines you just can't really change, but there's a lot of freedom in the story in between.

Your choices affect the characters more than they affect the story, if that makes sense.

Ah okay, that makes sense I guess.

The second episode was messed up, but they made it kind of obvious what was going on behind the scenes at the dairy farm. I think it was better than the first episode because the choices genuinely made me think, and I got to play the race card. I like playing the race card.

cause it was Carly with me, and that really made me mad.

Yeah, Carly. She was the most likable character at the point too.

Yeah poor Kenny, he's been my bro since the start though it got a bit strained in the middle of episode 4.

So far I've just finished episode 4 and will do episode 5 tomorrow. This is a lot more engaging than I expected.

Also fuck Ben, seriously. What a waste of space.

I got the first episode for free too. It's actually pretty darned good. It's nice to play something slow-paced once in a while, you know? It's one of the more mature games about on the ol' consoles too.

Probably will buy the other episodes.

they're making more dlc for this and a full sequel, if no one knew

The PS3 season pass finally came out today, and at reduced price because of the delay.

Episode 1 is pretty good. I like playing Clementine as manipulative as possible. Blackmail everyone out of spite.

I've only played the first episode of season 1 but this seems much worse than The Wolf Among Us. Does it get better?

It gets better, quite a lot better. That said I prefer the wolf among us because of the setting. Though it does different things, it's less focused on narrative and more so on your relationships with the characters.
