| Portugal aren't the team they were a few years ago, and I think Holland are stronger than Germany. You'll be fine. | |

The Sweden game? No one cares. Hell, England beat Spain and I know that no one genuinely thinks we're a better team than them.

Runners up. Second place. Lost in the final. So they get a share of the championship? Sounds bogus to me. Anyway when does this start? I want to watch this, unfortunately finding the games here in the US will be difficult.

It starts June 9. I don't see any reason why ESPN wouldn't air it.

| Oh vice-champion made me think they shared some part of it. Kinda like a vice president in the corporate/political world.
And yea ESPN will have all the games most likely but they will only be for streaming on their website which is kind of a hassle. They will air the semis/finals no doubt but it will be starting as the baseball season is in full swing and June makes the start of the finals for basketball and hockey. All of these things Americans love mare than soccer. You know how much we hate soccer.

| Yeah Buu I said that because I know that they lost to Denmark, which is funny as it's the least threatening team in the group. | |

| Oh my bad, i don't know how much coverage you get of Euro championships down there. Holland are in a terrible position, but could still bring it back, i have faith in them. Its not like they will get forced into a penalty shoot out at this point. | |

| They can still get through if they draw with Germany, and Denmark somehow manages to draw with Portugal, and then Holland beat Portugal. But I sort of find that unlikely. | |

| Yeah we aren't getting much coverage, I think the replay of Poland drawng with Greece is on tonight, but I've been watching streams. In other news Poland might get through their group so go Poland! Edit: - Kaio wrote:

| Holland always plays their best against good teams, i see them beating germany and cocking up against portugal. That said i think they could beat both.
I didn't see the germans, were they looking impeccable defensively as usual?
On another note germany pretty much never cocks up against a crapper team so they will demolish denmark.

They played well but weren't at their best, it was looking like Portugal would get lucky on a break for a while. Holland certainly could beat Portugal and Germany, I don't see them beating Germany though. I hope they do get through all the same, I like them much more than Portugal (lol Ronaldo) and Denmark.

| Holland is generally one of the most entertaining teams to watch as they usually play based around offence. Its why i always want them to do well. | |

| Holland might be a good team, but i hate most of these guys personality. especially since the World Cup and all this unsportive behaviour of most of them. don't know if you guys remember some WC matches from them, but the way they played then made me pretty much lose all respect i had for them.
but I know that as far as being a good team goes, they are indeed pretty good, but I ain't rooting for them.

They didn't particularly play that way during the world cup, hopefully their relative success in it won't make them permanently change their way of attacking football.
