unless someone does take a risk and give PS3 something exclusive... then you're screwed if it's a game you really like and you only have a 360..

That's what would probably happen although games have had exclusive content on PS3 before and have been published on 360 anyway. Once it gets to a certain point MS would be losing far more profit being stubborn than they could potentially gain by having an indie game as an exclusive for a few months. Admittedly the only game that instantly comes to mind is AC2/Brohood (whichever had those PSN exclusive missions, possibly both?) but it's like if Sony refused to allow Call of Duty on PS3 because MS pays to get the DLC a couple of months earlier - a retarded idea.

Arkham asylum did it to. The joker missions were some of my favourite ones.

Yeah this. I think that's exclusive to PS3. Not sure.

I'm not sure if you guys saw, but Sony attacked the policy.
"I think what [Xbox Europe boss] Chris [Lewis] and the other representatives at Microsoft are doing is protecting an inferior technology," he explained.
That guy from Sony rules for saying that

He has a good point. I mean look at what happened to FFXIII because the Xbox is aweful.
