Virtua Fighter 5 Showdown

Pretty much. There's so many customisation options its pretty ridiculous. Also makes me want to play with characters i wouldn't normally just because i liked the outfits, shame it doesn't have a snapshot option otherwise i'd upload pics. I thought it was quite cool they had costumes for characters like the DBZ cast and a couple of other things, i.e. one of them gets to dress up like a obese power ranger, which is all kinds of awesome.

Bob could dress up as an obese power ranger in Tekken 6.

Honestly moose would have to comment in terms of comparison of the two games, but from what i remembered there didn't seem to be as many options in Tekken 6.

Tekken 6's customization was pretty limited. Some characters had a lot of options, but others, like Lars, had very few. However, Tekken characters generally have awesome standard outfits (whose colours you could change), so it wasn't that bad.

TTT2U is a major improvement in that area. They also added more and better item moves (I've posted a vid in the other thread, if you want to see them). Here's a list of all the items currently available: tekkenzaibatsu.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=122013
Take into consideration that Namco still updates the arcades adding more items, so they're will be probably more in the future.

I don't have VF5, but I think it has more stuff.

the only reason i don't find SC5 vastly superior to this is because i like modern day outfits

Seeing as you can't even pick the second default outfit in online rooms unless both players choose the same character, I went through and did at least 2 costumes for everyone (just saving the default ones as customs for a lot of them).

From what I've played I like Lei-Fei and Eileen, but that might be because buu hates Eileen so winning with her is extra fun.

Maximillian has been doing a week of VF5:FS this week. The first video is him going through the command list training and he gets into the ranked matches on day two (today).
