| It was likely a gimmick at the time to copy things from the best franchises. Like Ryu's Hadoken is a variation of Goku's Kamehameha, but they had unique characteristics which made it all good there. | |

| I remembered it because I used to play a fair amount of those as well, and I would sometimes play Ryo if I'm not playing as Terry Bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, or Iori Yagami. | |

| I only played as far as Maximum Impact. But Kyo, Iori, and Terry would still be who I pick to play as... except maybe Mai and Duke. | |
