Anyways, there might be more characters. I have no idea what's going on right now to warrant these reveals so I'll check around tomorrow and probably wait until Thursday or Friday to update.

Jill and Shuma-Gorath are DLC characters you get for free for pre-ordering the collector's edition. ...I'm amazed Capcom is doing DLC off the bat.

I think its because of used games sales.

I think it's because it's Capcom.

Capcom and ridiculous DLC go hand in hand. The characters are pre-order exclusive or anything, they go on general sale 4 weeks after release.

Plus, this is the collectors edition content. It's going to have zero impact on whether people buy the regular game used or not.

To be honest the collector's edition is a very good deal. It's only ten bucks more than the regular game and you get a lot of good crap with it.

Sorry if it's been said before, but what's in the collector's edition?

I bet we don't get that, although that does sound like a good deal.

Characters updated, deconfirmed ones update as well and I've added a collector's edition spot under character themes.
...Say what you will about me not finishing things but I am updating this topic like crazy.

Hopefully the servers for this are good. Unlike every other fighting game I've played online.
Which is pretty much only Tekken 6 and Soul Calibur IV.

Thats because those are girls games.
Girls aren't on the internets so they have no need for servers. Just ask Kaede she's a bro.
Capcom has awesome servers Baal has a shit connection although he was lagless in U2, also we should play that again over the holidays.

Actually my connection's just fine now that I've moved out of that hotel. If I played SSFIV again with you guys the connection would probably be just fine.

It actually wasn't that bad before either, the only real issue I had with you was the fact you kept getting disconnected and stuff, but we were pretty lagless during our SF4/SSF4 fights. Probably because Capcom just kicks ass, unlike NB's shit ass netcode. Hell, even when I myself had a so-so connection way back, I still had no trouble with the original SF4 at the time, that's how awesome Capcom is.

I kept disconnecting because my PS3 was in a fucked up state. After I reset it, it stopped disconnecting so much.

Well, if we're excluding that one issue, then we pretty much had zero problems. We would've probably suffered like hell if we were to play Tekken 6 though. Even Raging Blast 2's netcode is better than that gigantic disaster.
