| So I decided that since the MGS collection is coming out I'd play MGS2 Substance and MGS3 Subsistence to keep myself prepared for whatever extra stuff I'll need to do in those games and I will be finishing Peace Walker finally. I would've finished Peace Walker by now, but I have such a short attention span, I can't be assed to keep track of it and try and finish it consistently.
SO HERE WE GO, MGS2! | |

| So the original MGS isn't included? Am I the only one that thinks that a rather daft omission, especially if Peace Walker is included? | |

| The Japanese are getting a deal where if you pre-order the game, you get a code to get the game for free on PSN, so I'd imagine Europe and America would be getting that deal too and no it's not a bad omission considering the game has been on PSN since 2008. | |

| If not, then this can rot for all I care. But damn, I want MGS in HD! | |

How is that relevant? If I was going to buy something calling itself "Metal Gear Solid Collection", I'd want MGS. I'd be fine with having Peace Walker in there, but not at the expense of a genuine MG Solid title. Calling it "Metal Gear Collection" would have been more accurate.

MGS: Peace Walker would've MGS5 had it been on consoles and now that it is on consoles they have been updating the look, adding more stuff, giving a competent multiplayer and all sorts of stuff. The fact that MGS has been on PSN for three years and they are offering it for free as long as you pre-order the game should be enough for you as the game has been accessible for a long time. - Kaede wrote:

Then get Twin Snakes, it's the closest you're gonna get and it's even more asinine than the original game was.

I don't think it would be that great. MGS is outdated, just play the 4th chapter of MGS4.

| Wow do you ever finish a game? You start a new one everyday it seems. | |

| I do finish games, but it's usually in between other ones. I like to vary it up or else I might end up getting bored. Unless it's a new game that I buy for about 60 bucks, in which case I focus on that and only that game. | |

| So I just got past the torture scene in Peace Walker and I saw this on the Metal Gear wiki. - Quote :
- In the Japanese version of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, her method of torture was censored to be the use of "laughing rods" that would tickle the victim, and was implied that the frequency that can tickle the victim can kill them if raised higher. This was because the Japanese rating simply could not allow torture to be used. On a related note, any future references to the torture were omitted or at the very least not directly stated (such as when Strangelove apologized to Snake shortly after Coldman and Zadornov were stopped).
HAHAHA, WHAT? | |

| There are monster hunter missions in Peace Walker, I don't even know how that works but it's awesome. | |

| Speaking of Peace Walker, I kind of wonder why the OST doesn't have the song that plays during the final battle with Peace Walker. I mean, if it's from another Metal Gear game I can understand why, but still... | |
