I've been practicing it myself, but I' definitely sure I'm sure I'm still not good at it especially since my team of Dante/Frank/Magneto only has one really good character in Magneto and he's the only one I'm having trouble getting combos down for.

This is on sale for the vita if anyone is getting it let me know I'm thinking of grabbing it, but i'm not a fan of fighters on vita.
