True. I'd rather use two characters that work well together, like a character with great wall-carry (Nina, Bruce, Lee) and one with strong wall-game (Bryan, Julia) or a character whose juggles leave the opponent close enough to keep the pressure going and a character with crazy oki/mix-up games (Bryan, Julia).

I just realised how broken Bryan and Julia will be in this game.

I suppose the rage thing might be to make teams of Bryan/Bruce/Nina/Julia less effective.

What the heck is up with Heihachi's new look? Is he somehow younger?

Yes. Tag games aren't in continuity, and his voice actor died. I assume they changed him because of that.

Young Heihachi was so much cooler anyway.

Also, Ling looks like a 13-year old girl for some reason. And Bob looks as disgusting as ever.

His hair reminds me of Ryo/Ryu from Shaman King.

And wouldn'tcha know it, it's the VA of Mr. Satan in DBKai. Mirroring the fact that Gori had played both him and Heihachi in the past also. Guess they felt he was a suitable replacement of the late actor when hearing some examples from the show.

Jun and Ogre are back, customisation got improved, breakable walls and multilevelled stages, awesome graphics...

JC's moveset is basically Julia's with some of Voldo's stuff.

I'm interested. I own T3 and T5 and used to play Tekken when I was real young. I haven't played in a while but I might get this.

The game will offer plenty of items. You'll find over 30 per character. Some items will cause special actions during battle. For instance, if King is wearing a particular belt and you use a particular skill for your K.O., you'll see a special winning sequence.

I assume the items are being counted separately from the costume parts. "Over 30" doesn't sound like much, unless they've gotten rid of having to buy colours individually.

What have they done to Miguel's face? He looks more handsome, which is nice of course, but it doesn't fit his personality or his moveset/ fighting style (savage stance) anymore.
Lili looks excellent though. And sexy in her pre-fight intro (except for that nose):

Apparently, movement is back to its former T5:DR glory and wall comboes got shorter.

- Graphics, stages, soundtrack look amazing. Movement and and animations look very fluid too. On some stages the clothes get dirty or wet after a knockdown.
- They got rid of T6 Rage. Original TTT rage is back (after a certain number of hits, which depends on the characters' relations, your other character briefly gets a damage bonus). It seems to me quite overpowered at the moment.

Still don't like the idea of varying rage benefits.

Oh yeah, and the game's release date has been confirmed for 9/14. I hope they don't keep the balance changes of the the Evo build (Lars, Bruce buffed and Steve overnerfed).
