From what I remember, this film was no worse than that animated film that came out in the 90s. Didn't that film have all the characters fighting robotic dinosaurs?

Alright, I finally bothered watching this and... it was stupid. I can't say it was good or bad... just stupid.
First of all there's the whole Tekken thing Moose mentioned. Then the whole idea of Tekken and global dollars. Then they go out of their way to duplicate some characters looks only to fuck up on other ones. Like, I didn't even know who the fuck the British guy was until someone called him Steve Fox. He just kept shouting "WANKERS, WANKERS EVERYWHERE!" until someone said "Steve Fox" and I'm stuck here thinking "Really?"
Then there was the whole antagonist confusion, because I had no clue if either Kazuya or Heihachi were the antagonist up until Kazuya killed him with 20 minutes left in the movie. Then there's how every time Jin beats someone it was due to his flashing back to Jun's lessons, like how in the hell did she have advice for every fucking situation he was in? And there's the thing with Jun in general. All in all she had about 2 minutes of screen time before she died and we're not even properly introduced to her and now all of a sudden she's supposed to be this martial arts badass later.
I could go on, but I won't.

These bothered me too. Also when Steve gave Jin his power gloves. "these are my old power gloves." just... wat

If you watch after the credits, Heihachi didn't die. But I advise you don't watch it, because he doesn't die a crap way. I mean, even during the film, when Kazuya says "Heihachi Mishima is dead" I thought "No he isn't", because I know he doesn't die that easily. But it turns out he he just talked that guards into letting him go.

Saw the movie today, and after I saw the butt of Christie a couple of times I opened my mouth very widely thinking back at her line: "Looking at my butt is a great reason to get yours kicked" You stupid slut, why do you reveal it if you don't want anyone staring at it?

With the exception of Yoshimitsu
Except he doesn't honestly act like Yoshimitsu, since Yoshi was one of the good guys and didn't take orders from the Mishima Corporation.

Heihachi is supposed to be the bane of all evil
He's just an enormous asshole with familial issues really. He is a bad guy but he's certainly not the end all be all of evil characters, Bryan certainly fits that more than anyone else.

Kazuya is not supposed to be Nina and Anna's pimp
Well he was Anna's in Tekken 6 so he's halfway there.

Nina and Anna weren't Irish enough
They've never really been that Irish in all honesty, you actually could assume they were American and they would fit the part perfectly.

I don't know, are they? I think the accent of those two sluts was American enough even in games

Out of all the female characters to use as Jin's love intrest, they chose Christie. Someone who have next to nothing to do with him in the games.
On top of that, she's white all of a sudden.

It's not like Jin had any love interests in the games anyway. Unless you count his stalker Xiaoyu.

That was hilarious in the animated movie. "Did you know lions throw their cubs off cliffs and only raise the ones that climb back up?" Heihachi's mental.

Yeah, but why use one of the characters that doesn't seem to have any sort of intrest in him in anyway. Also, did anyone else notice that Christie didn't have any sort of chemistry with Eddie and she just watched as he was beaten up.
