If you don't understand the notations, read the legend. The Lili forum should have some simple and effective combos for her too.

His bound is easy. His hardest stuff is his best combo enders. Dash jabs and iSWs and all that. Can't do it at all.

It's the recovery of d/b21 that messes me up, not the actual move. I think I'm doing it too fast and so it comes out as b21.

Speaking of Lars, it's unbelievable how clueless people online still are about his u/f3. I'm crushing low and high attacks, throws and punishing everything that missed with its huge range. I'm throwing it all the time, even randomly, and after 20 or so matches I've yet to be punished properly even once. Some people even tried to punish me with a throw... unfortunately for them he recovers crouching. It generally feels great playing with a character strong at punishing, but I'm not too fond of his poke-poke-poke playstyle.

I've never really used u/f+3. He can be jabbed out of the air on block, although as you say people rarely do it. I try to whenever I play another Lars though. I mainly used u/f+3 to punish Alisa's b+3+4 3+4.

d/b+21 does have a slightly longer recovery than you would think to, although it may be because I'm just used to the few frames of input lag online. In practicce mode offline I have to adjust the timing a bit from my online play, otherwise I do it too fast.

Heh, do you know how unsafe this move actually is? It doesn't look like it, but it's more than -20 on block starting from the moment you blocked it. It's much better, and easier, to punish him with a hopckick. Its crushing properties are pretty retarded though. I crushed Lili's unblockable earlier.
