| Yeah I've been using my gaming time on One Piece lately, so I haven't touched this since our co-op game. | |

| Not sure how much help I'll be to you now then - I've sold most of my earlier weapons because even with my backpack fully upgraded, I can only hold a max of 27 items in it, which really isn't much in a game like this. | |

| I could have sworn there was a stash feature in the game, they added it in one of the DLCs in the first game due to popular demand so it should definitely be in this one. | |

| There's a vault in one of the hub cities that you can store stuff in, but only another half dozen or so items. I get why they've done it, it means that inventory management is essential; you can't simply horde everything, you're constantly getting rid of the dead wood to make way for new and improved items.
It just means that you won't always have a suitable weapon to hand if you've got friends playing the game - your own level strongly dictates that of the weapons you're likely to carry. If they're within five levels you might be lucky, but otherwise there's no way you're going to hang on to obsolete weapons.

| Just been hit by the so-called "Badass Glitch". In essence, its a corruption of your player profile which means it wipes all your badass rank points (hence the name), but you also lose all your skins, heads, and your golden key, if you had one. Really not very happy, especially considering how many hoops you have to jump through to get some of those things. | |

| I was rather deflated after hitting the glitch, so thought "fuck it", and powered through the last few story missions. So, beat the game and it was fun. Still got loads to do in terms of side missions though, and I'd estimate I've spent a good thirty hours at least on it so far, but... I'm not sure I want to. Sure, it's been a lot of fun, but it's all a bit samey and the never-ending quest for better gear reminds of my least favourite part of MMOs. | |

| What's the writing like? I love the guy who wrote the script, and so I've high expectations for this. | |

| It's one of the game's strong points. Some of the humour, Handsome Jack's mainly, is a bit childish in places, but it reminds me of a Paul Verhoeven film in that it's rather black satire in places. Also, Jack is voiced by Dameon Clarke, who did Perfect Cell in the funi dub of DBZ, so he's automatically awesome.
All the characters are well written, and some of the dialogue is genuinely laugh-out-loud material.

| I'm towards the end of my True Vault Hunter Mode run, and it's getting to the point where it's just frustratingly hard rather than being challenging. It's not like Dark Souls, which is punishing but ultimately fair, I'm in the last 1/5 of the story mode, and even at level 45 with a 30k shield, 20k health, the shield is gone in a single shot and I'm down with the next one. FFYL mode might as well not exist, I simply don't have the damage output to kill an enemy unless they're already heavily damaged. For instance, a single Nomad can withstand ten rocket shots... and said rockets are doing 60k damage per shot.
Progress seems to have been reduced to kill an enemy, get killed, respawn, kill another enemy, get killed, respawn, kill another enemy.... and so on, until the area is clear and I can move on. It's taking an hour just to progress through each region, and upwards of three to clear a single mission.

| Finally beat the game on TVHM, and by god it was tough to solo. Even Dark Souls wasn't as frustrating as some parts of this game. Funny though, now I've hit the current level cap (of 50) and spend some (ok, far too much!) time farming for better equipment, everything is almost trivial.
My Commando and Siren are both level 50 now, with Gunzerker, Assassin and Mechromancer hovering between 14-26, though I'm lacking a lot of gear in that level range.

| It's been strongly hinted the cap will be raised in future Dlc. | |

| yeah, they did the same with the first. i thought the level cap would be a bit higher because, from what i know, it looks like their are more skills per class | |

| i might get her. how overpowered is she?
i'm planning on being commando or gunzerker when i play with my friends, anyway. maybe i'll play solo with her. having an extra class couldn't hurt, assuming i like her.

| She's really inaccurate but she can get 700% damage bonuses by level 15 or so - basically you play her with a shotgun and nothing else ever. She's a bit more OP than gunzerker imo. Also she can get all sorts of healing and regen skills + bullets that ricochet towards enemies whether you hit anything or not. | |
