Meh, it doesn't matter, sure Schemmel doesn't compare with a lot of VAs even in FUNi's slots but he's way awesome now compared to back then. His work on Goku in Burst Limit was godly. Hell even his voice acting was also surprisingly good in good ol' Budokai.

Schemmel was only good during the 23rd Budokai. And only because back then a lot of the FUNi cast was still pretty mediocre.

According to SS3 Son Goku, Mignogna hates voicing Broly and will therefore never be able to voice Goku.

Vic's one of the anime VAs who I can also picture playing Luffy good. Yeah... ^_^
