i think the only person i liked from the first game was called shinji and that psycho with the eye patch he was funny
IMO kazuma was just so awesome he needed no supporting cast

there are many be like 50 odd heat actions in this one can't wait to try them all out
i loved setting people on fire in the first one
i heard you could drown people in the first one as well but i can't find where

wow, And I thought using the katana things was the worst.

well if you goto a park style fight
an oil drum with fire is in the middle, when you smash there head against it they momentarily catch on fire
the drowning bit i suspect is in the soapland
i can't remember haven't played the last part in ages
you can also cut off someones finger (mind they don't show it come off but its blatently meant to)

well you need to use the pliers to do it
and i've only ever found them lying around it is very very painful looking though

I wasn't aware that there were usable ropes? o_O

well goto a pharmacy
it says rope (its got the weapon symbol)
and it says useful in a fight for those who know how to use it
i always get it knocked out of my hand though
its also infinite use

Well looking at the gameplay video, this looks pretty damn dull. But apparently the person playing it is shit, and there's a ton to do. Might give it a shot. PS2 right?

if you like beat em ups just get it if you don't move on
and yeah the guy really is the shitest player of this game i've ever seen
the ope world environment combined with beat em up is why i love these games so much
the story is interesting to boot

Don't dislike this type of game, I just rarely buy them. Almost bought Godhand, because it was from the guys who made Viewtiful Joe, but didn't in the end. Now that PS2 games are going cheap, I'm rounding up all the games I wanted but didn't buy.
