Sega insists on annoying me by making great games i need to learn japanese to play:

Essentially a Yakuza game about Kazuma and Majima in their Yakuza days.  Sounds freaking awesome.  Majima is probably the best character in the series I want to play this.

Another intersting thing according to that Kotaku article is that Kazuma is going to be the psycho in this one to Majima's straight man. Hopefully it will be done well enough.
