I love how destructible the natural environment is in this game. It's not like GTA where a tree would stop a speeding train. Also love the physics engine. It's unrealistic enough to make crashes spectacular without being too stupid.

Favourite method of transport is definitely the parachute though.

I haven't loved a game this much for ages. The only thing I don't love about it is the black market prices. An assault rifle costs more than a fucking mini jet plane, and things are so expensive in general. I have $450'000 at the moment. The assault rifle is $55'000. Luckily it's easy enough to find ammo, since I'm on the easiest difficulty setting I can just walk through bullets to pick it up. The only thing really worth buying are the vehicles, but it's a lot of money each time for something you'll only use once.

BTW, when upgrading vehicles, save up to max out the mini chopper. At max, it gets small guns attached to it, as well as being fast and reliable.

I love hanging in the tree tops on the outskirts of a military base scoping it out. Then zip in and nick a chopper.

You got any of the DLC for this Kimarous? I got the two free vehicles, but since they're black market items that you need to buy each time you want them, it seems kind of pointless.

This game really needs some cheats. Cheats can be pretty important for sandbox games when it comes to pissing around.

I only got the free stuff as well. I just don't think I'd use the other stuff.

The air gun looks cool. Might get that at some point.

Well, I have all the faction missions unlocked now. I'm 24 hours in to the game and 26% complete.

Well, about 29 hours in and I finished the main story, with about 31% overall completion. Still have quite a few faction missions left.

I still haven't bothered to finish the story mode yet. I'm on the mission where you pick a faction to help you out. I plan on picking the Reapers; who did you pick?

Reapers. Partly because they were the closest, partly because I couldn't even remember what the other two leaders looked like. Doesn't look like it makes any difference who you pick though. Baby Panay is annoying as hell too.

I was just trying to get 100% on a military base, but the bastards killed me just before I could get the final item. So I got a big truck and drove it straight into the entrance and then I picked up a minigun and laid waste to the place. Then I got my item.

Just spent an hour at the race track playing with the tether at high speeds.

My latest fun activity is popping car tires and watching them roll and flip out of control and explode.

Also, I've noticed that vehicles tend to me tougher when you're in them. Crashes that a car would easily survive when you're in them would cause an NPC car to explode in an instant.

I seem to remember that the demo was pretty challenging in Normal mode. How is the full game?

I'm played through it on casual, and still got killed once or twice.

I have about 55 hours logged in now, and 47% completion. Mainly I've just been driving cars off of high places.
