I have to honestly agree. I prefer JJBA's art style but One Piece's manga art is very good and the anime doesn't even compare.

the only place i find anime better than manga is fight scenes, because its actual fighting (comparitively) instead of a clip show, though a lot of the drama that the manga presents during the fights is lost. the chad/afro-guy figh for example, better in the manga.

ALSO ZATCH BELL MANGA INFINITELY SURPASSES THE ANIME. just had to add that for general knowledge.

I've finished reading Ayu Mayu (a short series of 29 chapters)... not bad, but nothing special.

Also, I've decided to officially drop "The World God Only Knows"; it's not that I dislike the series, but I'm not interested enough to pick it up again.

Just discovered a series called Toriko.

Who'da thought that gourmet cooking would translate into an epic shonen action series?

heard about that one, havent started it yet--im currently reading 'MiXiM' by the creators of 'MAR', very good.

scratch that: caught up with MiXiM, reading chapter 2 of toriko now. it's like 'baki - son of ogre' without the inhumanly scary musculature, and 'Fighting foodons'--an old 4kids show that i liked, though it was a little wierd of a show.
