Some of my favourites:
Mokujin's PSX theme
Forrest law's arcade theme
Jin Kazama's PSX theme
Lei Wulong's PSX theme
Gun Jack's PSX theme (one my absolute favourite pieces of game music)
Also, Tekken 2 had a couple great tracks too. Overall not as awesome as Tekken 3, but good nonetheless. However Tekken 2 has my favourite piece of Tekken music, which is the credits song.

king stage, lee stage and lei stage were all awesome probably a couple of others were i think i liked wang's probably as well

The only ones I remember from Tekken 2 are the Kazuya and Devil stages. Can't remember any from Tekken 4. 5 was pretty bladn as well, although the sound track seems popular for some reason. The DR tracks were better.
