Starter area as in, the area right next to the town you start in.

Basically, those enemies would kill me as I tried to kill them, I'd wait like 50 minutes to heal all my shit, fight them, but then die on the second one.

I mean, people would hand me free items for god's sake on Lineage II because I was that damn awesome (plus it was easier to level in the beginning), but in FFXI, I COULDN'T FIND A SOUL.
