Part 3 is up. Already finished the game by now, I really enjoyed it. And all the different options really add replay value, cause you wanna know the answers to all the "what if.." questions it raises.
I also kinda wanna have a playthrough where everyone lives, and if possible one where everyone dies. That's two scenarios I'd actively try to complete. Didn't work on my first playthrough, had some deaths.

What's the replay value like? I don't want to spend £50 on something that'll give a single run af 6-7 hours with maybe two or three different paths to follow.

Watching you stream this a bit. So it's basically a Saw game?

Just watched the intro / part 1.
It does look intriguing, and the graphics are great, but I can't help but wonder if I'm get most of the experience by simply watching a lets play rather than forking out to buy it myself.

It's not a Saw game, but there's some elements that would fit Saw indeed yeah.
Replay value is okay. It's fun replaying to keep everyone alive (which is what I did on the stream just now) or to kill everyone. Keeping everyone alive does add tension to it, cause if you screw up, you're gonna have to start all over again, as you can't go back to a previous save point.
That said, all the characters can only die at a certain point or points. Some of them have multiple points where they can die, others can only die at one particular point. But you don't know who or when or where until you've played it at least 2 times and you'll have figured out when you can fuck up and they'd still live.
I've played it three times now, I know what I need to doto get someone to die or live. Wish I would've figured it out earlier so I could get all trophies in 3 runs, now I need to do a 4th one.
I'd say it's good for a replay, but the first time you're playing, you'll often wonder "what if..." and when you replay it, it'll become clear that many times those what ifs lead to the same point, just in a different way. I'm not particularly bothered with it, I like seeing the different approaches, but I can see others might want to stay away from it.
Part 6 up by the way.

I do find it weird when they base videogame characters so closely on the actors playing them. I recognized a couple people in Until Dawn, but because I know what they look like in real life the videogame versions looked all freaky and weird.

I recognised Peter Stormare (The Dr guy), Panatierre and Brett Dalton, and the guy who was the Pharaoh in Night at the Museum, but I couldn't tell you his name.

I was like "A CG Hank Azaria is in this game?" Then I realized you meant the other Pharaoh and was really disappointed.

I know. He's just the first one to pop up in my head because of all the commercials hammering him down as a Pharaoh way back then, whereas the other one isn't as much of a caricature and didn't really come to mind despite having important ties with the whole concept of these movies. It's funny 'cause I only ever watched through the second one once, whereas I've witnessed the first a handful of times.

Yeah, I recognised those as well, although I couldn't tell Stormare's or Rami Malek's name. I recognised Brett Dalton from Agents Of Shield, but didn't really know his name at the time either.
The other actors aren't as well known I think, but I'd love to get to know these girls that play Ashley and Jess.

Well, if you enjoy watching it, I guess why not just watch it? Unless you really want to explore all the options I didn't pick..
It really gets more interesting and creepier from here on out, shit's gonna start to happen.

I don't have a PS4 but this game looks good for a horror. I was told it has 200 different possible endings, tons of evidence to find, secret cutscenes, and the main character is based off of and voiced by Hayden Panettiere and to me she did the best. Has anyone else played it yet?
