Well, it's been exceptionally bad lately for its standards. Hopefully at least the final battle is good.

I started reading Naruto, from the most recent chapter, because of this. All I can tell is that Sasuke has really hurt feelings and I think daddy issues that make him do things like want to murder(!?) his friends.

One thing i've always found hilarious about this manga is the fact they don't have a set time period or tech level.

I'm pretty sure a TV/monitor was in this at some point and also Gai mentioning godzilla movies. At the same time they don't seem to have any other kind of machines which aren't ninja powered.

Ninjas don't assassinate people. They just do magic and enter the Ninja Olympics or whatever. I haven't read Naruto at all but I bet there was a Ninja Olympics at some point, because it's what ninjas do.

It will be the ultimate trolling from his ending. The entire love triangle arc is like this.
Sakura: I want Sasuke.
Sasuke: I don't care about anyone.
Naruto: Sakura, I love you.
Sakura smacks Naruto over it.
Sasuke gives both the cold shoulder.

After years of this, if the series ends that way, then Sakura will date either Ino or Hinata.

Checked a few pages of the current chapter, Sasuke babbles about his brother and the right to be Hokage because of the pain he was silently burdened with.
I could have enjoyed the chapter, if not for the lame execution of Itachi's story.
