| just beat it. story was awful, and i have no idea why they needed to include flashbacks at one point considering how short it is. | |

| It was probably designed to get as many cutscenes/angles in as possible. | |

| That won't be possible since the photosare saved as PS3 save files rather than simple image files and there'ss no way to convert them. Which is fucking stupid. DOA4 did the same but I thought they would have learned, especially since this kind of thing is much easier to do on the PS3 than it is on the 360. | |

| This is a very nice CE. I was expecting the usual bluray sized steel book with a tiny artbook and the sound track in a little sleeve. But the case is big, the artbook is a decent size and the sound track has it's own case. | |

Only 3 of them. The majority are incredibly easy to get. All you need to do is play through arcade mode on the easiest setting and you get a costume. Then switch to tag arcade and get another one. Then try solo time attack for another one, and so on. You have to do a different variation of modes and dificulty settings each time but you can get everything without even playing on normal. The exceptions are two Kasumi costumes which come from Story mode, and 3 bikinis for Lisa, Tina, and Christie. To get those you need to beat Arcade, Time Attack and Survival (one costume for each mode) on the highest difficulty setting without losing a match.

| Honestly this is exactly the fighting games consoles needed this gen. Me and Moose had lagless matches (despite playing for a really long time) something I haven't been able to say about any fighting games we've played against each other this gen which eventually showed a lag spike. Combat is fun and simple, you will always get a good match in this. You don't really need to worry about people maining characters which can get dull as fuck to fight against when playing against friends as if you attempted to main against someone you'd end up just getting fucked by counters.
If you care about zero frame cancels or nonsense like that get something else if you want fun get this.

| I don't know where you picked up this "zero frame cancel" phrase, but you need to stop using it.
And this game does have unique tag throws buu. I just don't think they have unique commands. A tag throw with a special team will give you a special tag throw, although some only appear to go one way. Kokoro and Helena have a unique throw for example, but only when Kokoro initiates it.

| I'll explain Moose:
Frames refer to how many frames the game renders per second. This game is 60 frames per second, meaning there 60 distinct frames of animation every second. If a move is 10 frames then there will 10 frames of animation between you pushing the button and the move hitting the opponent. It basically denotes speed.
I haven't noticed any frame data in the game, but I assume the +0 is frames on block, which refers the recovery times after a move is blocked. +0 means both characters recover at the same time. +1 or higher means your character recovers faster than the opponent, which means you can attack first. Likewise -1 or lower would means they could attack first.
This is why some moves are "safe" and others are "unsafe". If a move is -12 on block, for example, the opponent recovers from the attack 12 frames before you do. So they have 12 frames in which to do something while you can't do anything, and if they have a move that's 10 frames, they can hit you with it and you wouldn't be able to do anything. Which is called "punishing".

| That doesn't explain what a zero frame cancel is at all. Don't be such a smartass. | |

| The only problem with this game is lack of exciting and nice looking stages. Most of them are dull or grubby or both. Story Mode is annoying by showing off cool locations that aren't fighting stages too. Why bother rendering these places just for few minutes of cutscenes in a damn fighting game. Every regular stage is featured in the story. The cruise ship would have been a great level to fight on. | |

| Ohohohoooo christ that story got ridiculous at the end.
Although do actually unlock another stage by completing the story. But it's a crap stage, and I don't think you can ever get the second variant of it.
