The Royal Wedding is easily the most anticlimactic and unsatisfying death of a major character in the entire series.
while the death is a bit weak, I totally didn't see it coming though, it caught me by surprise, I wasn't expecting that at all, and especially because it was such a trivial way to die...
that actually made it so good for me. + the fact that I'm happy that character died.

Psycho, I'm gonna say some stuff at you and I want you to tell me if you know what they mean or who they are:
R + L = J
Aegon Blackfyre
Frey Pie
The Gravedigger
The Alchemist

This is honestly one of my favourite things in the series. I don't even care if it never gets confirmed.
The Blackfyre thing is to do with 'Griff', right?

Everyone's guessed about R + L = J since book 1.

Spoiler:
Rhaegar + Lianna = Jon Snow
Aegon Blackfyre, not really a clue to be honest... or well, I'm sure it's something to do with Little Griff, but I can't tell you what.
Frey Pie, is that about Wyman going to Winterfell, bringing three pies? (one for each Frey he'd say he'd kill, and three Freys that ended up missing)
The Gravedigger, pretty sure it's The Hound
The Alchemist, don't really know either what or who that could be..maybe if I reread it. I know he's a character in Oldtown, but I'm not quite sure what happened with him.
can't catch every detail in the books, I started reading book 3 beginning of april I think, and I finished the last one yesterday, so I read most of the series in 3 months, which is a lot of stuff in a short time.

The epilogue ?
Spoiler:
it was quite interesting, especially when they mentioned Robert Strong, and they all think they know who he was. at that moment I was like; wait, could that actually be Gregor Clegane? pretty cool seeing Varys is back too, although I haven't wrapped my head around who these kids could be, if they are of any importance at least. but yeah, if what he says is going to happen is really going to happen, that's definitely going to be awesome.

Spoiler:
It's fairly likely that Aegon IS Little Griff.
The missing Freys were in the pies.
The Alchemist is/was probably Jaqen, the assassin who helped Arya, who is now using the identity of Pate for unknown reasons.
Oh and the kids don't matter, they're just random orphans Varys uses as an information network. a.k.a. 'Little Birds'.

Spoiler:
well yeah, it's known that Griff is called Aegon in the books...but him being a Blackfyre instead of a Targaryen isn't.
but after having looked it up, I guess it could be true, it's definitely a pretty good symbolism with what happened with the sign at the inn septon Maribald was talking about.
The Alchemist being Jaqen, how do we know? I guess I can just look it up or you can tell me if you want.

Spoiler:
The description for the Alchemist and Jaqen's new face are identical:
New Jaqen, ACOK:
Quote :
His cheeks grew fuller, his eyes closer; his nose hooked, a scar appeared on his right cheek where no scar had been before. And when he shook his head, his long straight hair, half red and half white, dissolved away to reveal a cap of tight black curls.
The Alchemist, AFFC Prologue:
Quote :
He was just a man, and his face was just a face. A young man’s face, ordinary, with full cheeks and the shadow of a beard. A scar showed faintly on his right cheek. He had a hooked nose, and a mat of dense black hair that curled tightly around his ears.
Also notice that Jaqen killed Pate the same way Arya later kills the insurance broker in Braavos: by tricking them into biting a poisoned coin.
Aegon being a Blackfyre pretender is pretty much a fact for me. It's right up there with R + L = J in "theories that are proven, just not yet confirmed".
I'm impressed that you knew all of the stuff I said (assuming you didn't look them up). I can't say I knew any of them when I first finished the books (with the exception of R + L = J that I was tipped off to and never got the chance to work it out myself.) There's a lot more I could probably talk about in terms of potential theories and future plot lines, but I'd consider the ones I listed to the be the "main" stuff everyone should know.
Also Dany isn't fireproof. I know no one asked but I always like to point it out for people because it's a pet peeve of mine when they think she is. It's important that everyone knows because it's by far the biggest misconception in the series (thanks in large part to the show's own misinterpretation of the text.)

oh, that's cool about Jaqen.
about knowing some of the stuff;
Spoiler:
the R + L = J thing.. well, i saw the first two seasons before i started reading the books, so I was already quite intrigued by who Jon Snow's mother was, so I just paid a lot of attention towards any hints that could be in the books, and that's how I caught it i guess.
The Gravedigger, I think the horse being in the stables gave it away. the horse was always very wild when Sandor wasn't around, which begged the question: how the hell did they get it into the stables if he wasn't around? they never would've gotten it there without Sandor i think. and then all that stuff about The Hound being dead but Sandor being at rest. + the grave digger being a big guy, looks like he had a similar injury as The Hound + petting the dog might have been a hint cause Sandor loves dogs.
the Frey pies.. I guess I kinda just pieced that together when you asked for it. when I was reading the books, I had noticed that Wyman was quite eager to serve the pies, and I also noted it to be fishy that the Freys left earlier for Winterfell but hadn't arrived yet... but I didn't figure out while reading that they'd actually be in the pie...

Indira Varma joins the cast as Elaria Sand.
nice nice.
still wondering which role Mark Gatiss gets, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be Mace Tyrell.

Spoiler:
the fight with The Mountain and The Viper is going to be awesome
also, it seems to me that they're going way ahead in Dany's story if what they're showing is what I think it is..
