lol, i'd pretty much have to update this topic on an almost daily basis, as I see a movie about each day, and many times even new ones..


anyways, had a horror night yesterday and we saw:

- Zombie Strippers
- Drag Me To Hell
- Zombie 2


Zombie strippers is hilariously bad, Robert Englund is in it though with another brilliant role. anyways, the effects were bad and the acting sucked, but there were tits and it was fun to watch.

Drag Me To Hell, well I already saw that one, and I knew all the scares, so i guess that detracts from it's "scaryness" but it's still a good movie, some great laughs too.

Zombie 2, an old zombie flick from the 70's i think, had some gory scenes, but it was full of stupidities that made us laugh too... in the end it was kind of boring, and some of this tense music they used back then is just annoying as fuck

Did you see the uncut version of zombie 2, I remember that having the eye scene which was cut out of most versions for ages.

Isn't Zombie 2 just an Italian rip off of Dawn of the Dead?

Oh, and I recently watched Warrior. Really surprised to see how highly it's rated considering it's a fairly standard sports movie. Tom Hardy didn't even have that much to do in it.

Zombi 2 is aka zombie flesh eaters and it was banned in UK at least for quite some time.

Dawn of the Dead was called Zombie in Italy I think, and Zombie 2 was an unofficial knock off sequel.

Dawn of the Dead was called "Zombi" in italy and this one is called "Zombi 2" but other than that they're not related whatsoever nor was it supposed to be a sequel, not officially and not unofficially either..

That explains why it's called Zombie 2.

Not as boring as I felt it was the first time, it's pretty good. But what's the point of aliens coming to Earth 2000 (20,000 ?) years after people died just to dig one robot from below the frozen sea and clone his mother like figure to play games with her for one day? That part is crazy stupid

With all the porn in the internet it was going to make it hard to find this movie using those 3 characters, had to use Triple X to find it, and glad I found it that way and fast enough, the film isn't worth too much trouble to find

They're not aliens. They're highly advanced mecha who were interested in learning about humanity or whatever. David, being a mecha who existed back when humans weren't extinct, obviously made him special to them. Then they made his wish come true for one day because having a schmaltzy finale in a Spielberg film is mandatory. Then he died.

Taffin: Pierce Brosnan is, as the French say, hypercanon, and also an Irish tough guy who tries to stop some rich people from building a chemical plant. It's amazing. It's the stupidest film I've seen since the last time I saw Mamma Mia, and well worth watching.

Brave: It was okay, I guess. Every seen between Medira and her mother was great, but the mid-movie twist was really out of nowhere, the pacing was pretty bad, but I think all of the third act of the movie was fantastic. I dunno, not one of Pixar's stronger titles.

RoboCop 1-3
News of the reboot got me excited about the new take, decided I should take a stroll down Nostalgia Lane and watch the original series. I still love it

This one will always stay a classic, one of the greatest 80s films, and my official introducion to Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd

Diagnosis Death is one of the more entertaining terrible films I've seen.

It's an ok film, not something to look forward to watch again soon

Birdemic is the greatest film ever, just look at this masterful cinematography.

Least entertaining film in the series

Saw Iron Sky again yesterday. Still fun.
