Just recently got into dbz

I like this anime a lot! I started watching it about a year ago and just finished every episode from normal db to dbgt. I was wondering if anyone could answer a few puzzling questions I have.

1. How old is roshi at the end of gt?
2. Why did vegetas tail never grow back? Why did trunks and goten never have tails?
3. is mr. satan supposed to be like hulk hogan in japan or what?

Well, asking how old Roshi is at any point is useless, since we never know. At least not that I'm aware.

And the tails vanished because the author forgot about them.

And Satan is just a comedy wrestler.

Oh, I see. So Satan could be considered the hulk hogan of the japanese db world? Why did he forget about tails? Were they useless after ssj? What about ssj giant ape? That would have been cool I think. Roshi must be like 500 years old!

What's with wanting Satan to be Hogan? He's just a wrestler/fighter who won a tournament and then got cocky.
