Anyone get Scott pilgrim Vs the World?

Looks pretty fun was debating getting it myself. Although due to the fact every single time i buy a game on PSN it goes on sale i'll wait till this one does go on sale.

If this had online i'd be in a rush but at the moment i got no one to play with. Just bought FAllout 3 GOTY and Uncharted 2 will probably get just casue 2 as well. Also our games are always overpriced i'm pretty sure we're paying quite a bit more then 10 dollars.

This plays like River city ransom wish there were branching combos but i'll probably get it

I heard it was really buggy.

This game is fucking tough. I'm only playing on Normal mode and it took me several tries to get through the second and third levels.

Although the first and third boss were pretty easy.

And then after I realized I could power up my character with stat bonuses, I fucking wasted everything.

Even the last boss was a general breeze.

What are these stat bonuses you speak of? Also, the levels in this game are fucking long.

The Shopping District.

I bought a lot of Vegan Cookbooks and 101 Push-Ups and demolished everything.

So it's something you unlock later? And how many levels are there?

7 Stages each with its own sections and you unlock the shopping district after you beat the first level.

Might get this game then.

Oh and it has cheat codes.

Like old style ones where you have to enter a certain button combination and hear a sound when you do it correctly.

The fact that there's no dedicated button for picking stuff up is really stupid. Both of the attack buttons also pick up items.

Also, I swear the enemies are programmed to attack the instant you stop blocking.

I very rarely bothered with picking up items that weren't one handed weapons.

The weapons were what I meant. You can't help but pick them up if you're fighting near them. It's annoying.

Yeah, I do agree it is a bit annoying but you learn to start taking the battle away from it if you need to.

Well, the combat feels a lot better now that I've unlocked a decent amount of moves. The second boss was annoying, mainly because when he's attacking with the skate board you can't stun him and he can interrupt your attacks. So you just have to block each of strings and then attack once and then block again.
