| Space films almost always look boring as fuck, the exception being Event horizon. | |

This isn't just a space movie, it's an Alien prequel.

| Should note that I say it's an Alien prequel because Weyland Corporation is involved somehow, Weylan-Yutani Corp. is the big company in all the Alien movies so I assume this is set before the apparent merger. I don't know if there's actually going to be any of the traditional Xenomorphs though it seems pretty obvious that there's going to be some sort of monster involved. | |

| Did you guys watch the fucking trailer? The big ship they find the eggs on in Alien is in this film. You even see the big chair the found that big skeleton on.
Do you remember the first alien film? The company sent the ship to that planet on purpose because they knew the alien was there. The robot was in on it. I assume this is the story of how the alien was first discovered.

| Eh, that's not so bad. There's a reason it's not called Alien I suppose. But it's Ridley Scott going back to that universe. How can you not be excited? | |

| What are you talking about? The ship from the first film (it's in the second one too, but only in the director's cut) is probably the most iconic image of the series outside the aliens themselves. | |

| If its that iconic i'm sure i'd remember it. I don't remember seeing anything that seemed famliar in the trailer except what i thought might be facehuggers. | |

| I'll be honest, I was thinking it reminded me of Alien all throughout the trailer, but somehow it didn't ring a bell that it actually is something in the Alien universe.. | |
