The level editor is out for PC next month. No word on a console release.

If we get access to the PC levels created by the editor i won't complain.

Also i want that companion cube.

I'm pretty sure the level editor is just a modified version of Hammer, the program Valve use to make most of their games, with an easier to use interface so a console release is unlikely. People have been able to use the 'raw' version of the software for ages.

Found the hidden companion cube and i'm genuinely annoyed at how BS its location was.

Well i'm done with this for now. Finished everything up and played coop to death. Kinda gutted PS3 didn't get any of the user made levels.

It's so cheap to put that cube in the course that has a trophy for getting through it without dying when finding the cube means certain death.

People are only just getting the hang of the advanced features in the editor, maybe in a couple of months Valve will pick some of the best and add them to consoles. If you're really desperate you could just use the free PC copy of the game all PS3 owners got.
