Who actually plays COD?

I never bothered buying it its like the only game that refused to have a price drop paying 40 pounds for a game that is 3 years old seems like extortion only recently have i seen the non GOTY edition for 20

Don't play FPS games in general. Even if I did I'd probably not buy COD just out of principle.

The only FPS I play anymore is TimeSplitters 2.

Not me. Like most said, not into FPS games.

I quite like FPSs, but never got into CoD. I bought CoD2 when the 360 first came out, and while it was great for showing off the new (at the time) HDTV I'd bought, the WWII setting bored me. A year later, I made the same mistake with CoD3. I sold both games ages ago, having barely scratched the surface.

CoD4 is now cheap, it was a tenner in GameStation today, but I'm still skeptical. The setting may have changed, but given how 2 and especially 3 seemed like nothing more than a sequence of set pieces, I can't see myself enjoying the game. So, in answer to the topic, I have played CoD, but not either of the Modern Warfare titles, and not for three or four years.

The last FPS I played was Alien vs Predator, and that was a rental thank goodness. Great potential, poor game. The last FPS I actually bought was Bioshock 2, though that is a bloody good game.

Oh, how could I forget? I played World at War. It was pretty good too.

I have World at War and Modern Warfare 2. I enjoy them both. Don't play too many FPS's but the ones I do I like.

I play the Wii versions for the superior controls.
