People are saying now that the Twins are actually returning but without the gangsta speak.

And yet no one had a problem with Jazz in the first film? He was breakdancing and slanging all over the place. He even died.

I recall some people pointing out Jazz and his wannabe gangsta-ness when the first film came out. I guess people really didn't care as much since he wasn't annoying or on-screen much throughout the film.

The whole "racism" thing is laughable though. Nothing is "black" about it. Being "gangsta/hip hop-fevered" is not being "black". Hell in a way, it's kind of insulting to make that affiliation considering being all hip hop and such is obnoxious, stupid and lame.

So what are the complainers secretly trying to say, that African-Americans are stupid and lame? Basically being racist without getting caught!? =P

Well technically speaking finding the behaviour of the annoying characters to be typically black would make you question those ppl's thinking

The world is so uptight about political correctness these days it's ridiculous. In primary school I had an Indian friend who we all called 'Brownie', he didn't give a fuck about it he just called us lily white bitches in response. I don't consider things racist when A: it's true and B: the person doesn't care anyway. I also draw the line, however fine it might be, between stereotypes and generalisations. There's nothing wrong with laughing at, say, the 'gangsta' stereotype as long as you don't start saying that ALL black people are like that.

Why do people forget that these stereotypes exist for a reason? Black people brought this on themselves.

That's true but people love getting butthurt over irrelevant things that happened in the past. Take all the aboriginies in australia demanding money from the government because of something that allegedly happened a hundred years ago.
