Erh, did you even watch it? These vids are live-action advertisements. They are not canon; they just promote the game as a 'fear you can't forget'.

FFXIII's Afro Man makes me want to buy the game despite knowing it's gonna suck. What has RE5 offered? Reuben Langden mo-capping as Dante? I've got DMC for that.

Excellent graphics. An incomparable action adventure with survival elements. A real challenge. (RE5's normal mode is as difficult as RE4's PROFESSIONAL mode)

No. The graphics are highly acclaimed. It's widely considered to be one of the 5 best games visually (only Crysis and KZ2 are supposedly superior.

Umbrella is dead, viral outbreaks were always the point of RE series and many plot twists will take place. It's by far more original than DMC4's.

DMC isn't meant for great plot. But it's meant for stylish gameplay that kicks your ass, and awesome characters. RE is meant to scare you. Not make you feel like a gun-toting badass. This plot just feels like it's gonna have some plot holes.

They still want people to believe this is survival horror. That the series has't changed direction at all, when in fact it changed direction with RE4.

RE2, 3, 0 and CV are too much like RE. Same goes for MGS2 and MGS and in general many other franchises. Did they suck too? I don't think so.

You completely miss the point. It isn't repetition of a formula that is the problem; some formulae are best left unchanged. The point is THAT Resident Evil changed... namely, when RE4 showed up. It isn't Survival Horror anymore, where you are scared for your life because you can't fight very well; it's Survival Action, being a gun-toting action hero in a zombie zone.
