I actually think they've downgraded the moveset. I saw Omega2040's moveset for Vegeta (all forms); not only are Regular and GT virtually identical (Regular even has SSj4 for no logical reason!), but Regular Vegeta seems to have lost his "FINAAAAAL FLAAAAAAASH!" cutscene super. To top it off, GT Vegeta's Final Flash (which seems to replace Galick Gun) looks like shit!
