is what i would say but different netherworld and all.

I take it the LOC is still the only way to get top teir weapons and traps
but im guessing N1 added rank 41 weapons to D2 as well

i think land of carnage still yields the best weapons. though it's no longer it's own dimension and it adjusts the bonus rewards through the cheat shop

you can upgrade item rarity in the item sea world or something

all basic skills. they contain story characters that lead to story spoilers

I see then i miss those LOC prinnys they usually said some hilarious stuff, but i suppose that means easy access rather than getting tickets or clearing the x-dim

Hmm will that make rare items legendary? rank 8 to 7 ect ect
but honestly that's pretty good usually id spend a few hundered hours searching for a level 0 rarity item.
