3 more weeks i hope i don't get screwed out of my pre order bonus like i did with fable 3

this game is lovetastic

i unlocked map editor and right now it sucks. guess i have to make story progress to get better map pieces

so is this anything like FF tactics/Shining force/Fire emblem. If not what is the closest RPG to it.

This is a battle RPG right, as in generally all gameplay takes place on teh battlefield and you choose characters before going into battle.

i guess tactics would be the closest of the three you listed

i am severely disappointed in the fact that flonne makes no appearance in the story despite her attacking a planet in the opening animation

WAsn't flonne a preorder bonus?

if so dlc characters don't normally feature in teh story unless its part of the DLC.

fallen angel flonne is. she's an arch angel in this one

i'm getting murdered in one of the last levels thanks to the new super magichange and double magichange

i leveled up a couple hundred times and crushed all remaining levels. now i'm on post game stuff and got axel and another flonne axel and flonne

got to rasberyl and she beat the living shit out of me cause i didn't want to voluntarily pick up trash

HOw do you level up a couple of hundred times?

Are levels just completely arbitrary in this game and might as well only really go up to 99?

you can level up to 9999

What i mean is in a typical RPG, by the time you finish a section you normally have gone up 1 or 2 levels.

In this RPG are you going up 100/200 levels after you finish a section. I mean do you actually get a stat boost for every level or every ten levels. At what point does a level give you a bonus.

you get a bonus for every level up. and you should be leveling up about 10 levels per chapter if you want to stand a chance against the boss. money and equipment are more important, especially equipment in the post game if you find a legendary and take the time to level it up

leveling up is easy once you get to 5-2 anyway

Oh right so levelling up isn't stupidly easy then?

Are all levels the same amount of experience to gain or does the amount of experience increase per level?

If it's like the other games. Leveling up easy is a good thing seeing how you can reach lv2000 in the other games.

the exp needed increases at each level. leveling up can be stupidly easy but the process for it takes very long, in 3, i could level 1-9999 in about 10 minutes but it took me well over 30 hours to set myself up for that.
also, you can hold senate meetings to increase enemy levels up to ten times which is why 5-2 is such a great place to train characters

i uploaded a character to be a foreign minister, all the bribes i got were kinda worthless, but at least i got a chuckle from seeing someone give me a legendary eclair

i wish you guys had this so i could grind CP while helping you get CP

leveled up another few hundred and beat raspberyl. then unlocked etna's level and couldn't even attack her cause her prinny servants destroyed my strongest character
