Nintendo Conference

There was a stream of it a little while ago. They showed trailers of the games from E3 and a few new ones that made Tobi squeal like a school girl.

the stuff shown that i can remember off the top of my head:

two Monster Hunter (MHtri-G, and MH4) games,
bravely default: flying fairy (I SHIT YOU NOT, THAT'S THE ACTUAL TITLE. made by the people behind FF, star ocean, DQ, and more),
FF theatrythm (an awesome elite beat agents-esque take on FF music),
miku hatsune mirai (a vocaloid rythm game),
loveplus (weeaboo dating sim),
mariokart 7,
ace combat 3 (unfortunately nothing more shown other than the title),
an RE-knockoff IIIIIN SPAAAACE and THREE DEE,
kid icarus uprising (with cards and SO MANY CAMEOS. also, with THREE anime's in the works, all by different studios),
a new Fire Emblem game,
a new animal crossing game,
MGS snake eater 3d,
a new gundam game,
zelda 4 swords with tons of new stuff and online features,
more on luigi's mansion 2

It's like they're doing everything they can to make the 3DS seem extremely unappealing despite it being their new big handheld.

I'd have thought they'd at least make it act as an external battery pack to extend the life of the thing a little.

You got it all wrong, Moose. This is going to save the 3DS from being a total bomb!

One of the feature for the new 4 sword Zelda game is that some of the levels you can play on are from older games like LttP and the first LoZ.

the new FE has two-person teamups, so it'll make things both easier and harder, since the enemy can do it too.

the shitty battery life is regrettable, but not a dealbreaker for me.

and no BB, you can't be perverted in the miku game--she's the chibified version in it anyway, so there's no point--unless you're into that kind of thing...

and Bravely Default (despite the name) looks really good, i hope it does well enough to get localized here.

and FFtheatrythm looks like fun.

I never actually read this till now, but it sounds like you can only use 1 controller per Wii u console

That would be horrible.

One Wii U controller per Wii U. It's compatible with Wiimotes last I heard, and it supports up to 4 of them.

That certainly does not sound like a good thing.
